6. Teaching Alpha King

The school was almost empty with only few students littering around. She groan inwardly thinking how to get back home. Even though she have told Sam she'll take a cab back. Till now her stay in Arlanco she had not even once encounter a taxi.
Standing at the entrance of the school she look around for any available cab around her. But as usual nothing. That was strange.. even thought Arlanco is not a city cab should be available?
"Get in" Stacey startle dropping her phone hearing the cold moody icy voice behind her.
When did he get here? Lost in her thoughts she did notice.
"Thank you for the offer Sir but I'll take a cab" she reject him politely not wanting to agitate the aggressive dominant creature staring at her with a frown on his handsome face.
"Don't make me repeat again. GET IN"he growl making her go stiff. How can she be in the same car with someone who is staring at her with a dead glare?
Stacey stood still processing his words. He is a man who like commanding and bossing around like he own the whole world. A man of few words.
"Jared you're scaring her" Alex growl inside his head. Staring at his mate who stood still. Stiff and tense.
"What can I do. She just fear me.." he snap growling back at his wolf. He don't know how to approach her.
"Be gentle. Mate human."
"Why don't you try then?" He snap again getting annoyed. Breathing out clenching the steering wheel.
To drop her home he even drove a car. Neglecting his work.
"Get in or shall I?'' he threatens her his voice firm and hard. It is too difficult to handle a mate.
"My cab will be here soon" Stacey softly whisper. Not a bit she wants to be with him alone.
He is aloof and cold with a hard angry irritating looking scowl and he seems to dislike her too. But she couldn't bring herself to hate him. Instead she felt an attraction towards him. Despite how aloof and rude he speaks with cold eyes and his permanent scowl. Something tells her that is not his true appearance.
"Arlanco don't have CAB" he snap at her. His wolf and him not liking her lying to them.
Stacey gulp her sweaty hand gripping her dress. Knowing she have no choice.
She walks towards his black SUV her hand reaching out for the back door but abruptly stop. Flinching when he growl.
"Do I look like your driver?" Stacey then know this man was impossible. She can never solve him.
"Umm.. I didn't-" he interrupt her immediately.
"I'm in a hurry. I don't have enough time to waste. So stop wasting my time.." Stacey jaw drop slightly looking surprise. He was the one who offer to drop her? Put her in detention on the first day? Now he's talking about wasting whose times?
She glare at him unable to form any words. Nevertheless she wanted to end this. Leave him behind. She enter the car feeling his burning stare on her.
She feels delightful and excited with just a mere stare from him. Stacey turns towards him when he did not start the engine. His hazel eyes staring at her with admiration.
A blush rush up her neck to the tip of her ears when her eyes lock with his. He did not bother to look away even when their eyes lock. Caught staring at her.
"Seat belts" he murmurs lowly clearing his throat looking away. Did he feels embarrassed?
Putting the engine to light he drove away. A comfortable silence between them. Stacey stealing a glance at him in between.
He is a perfect sculpted being.. too perfect to be true. His sharp nose bridge on his flawless skin, his eyebrows scrunch in a frown looking exhausted. How he occasionally lick his lips wet making Stacey gulp unintentionally.
His black shirt roll up displaying the veins on his muscular arms. Stacey watch as his Adam apple bobble up and down from time to time. The first three buttons on his shirt open revealing his cleavage and slightly his chest.
"Done examing?" He say without turning around. His eyes fix on the road.
"I-i.. I wasn't.." she stammer blushing hard. Her heart thump. He smirk. He could feel his mate eyes on him. It give out a pleasing feeling everywhere their eyes see.
The emotions she was feeling was new to her. She found everything about him so sensual and so appealing. The way he blinks.. how his long eyelashes flutters against his cheeks every time he blinks. His beautiful long thin fingers wrap around the steering wheels.
He suddenly sniff making Stacey tense up. Does she stink?
He growl lowly under his breathe exhaling deeply feeling his breathing getting harsh. His grip on the steering wheel tighten making his knuckles turn white.
"Stop whatever you're thinking" he growl his voice low. Alex howling excitingly in his head jumping around. Licking his tongue eyeing his mate. Ready to mate.
"Alex stop" he growl knowing his wolf was losing control.
"Let's mate with mate. Mate mate" he keeps on enchanting sniffing his mate slightly arouse scent.
Jared have no idea what is going through her mind to the point of getting arouse. Thankfully she was only slightly arouse.
"Get out" he stop out of nowhere.
"What?" She whisper looking at him stunned. Is he serious?
"Are you deaf? I said GET OUT" he growl raising his voice his eyes flicking changing slightly. With his wolf trying to take control.
"Unbelievable" she mutters under her breathe then angrily step out slamming the door hard.
Jared exhale hitting the steering wheel knowing he once again piss her. His mate.
"Cameron let the boy go" he mind link his beta referring to Sam.
"Yes Alpha king" he immediately response back.
Jared watch in the mirror as he drive away. Stacey stood still watching as he drove away till he disappeared. He really did left her alone out of nowhere.
"What is wrong with him? Why does he have to spoil my day? After.. two years.." a tear roll down her cheeks.
"What does he know how much it take to be courageous?" She mutter as more tears roll down.
"Why am I crying?" She murmur wiping her tears. Was it because she felt disappointed he left her? Or he spoiled her day?
On the other side Jared reach the castle driving madly fast. He was worried leaving his mate alone in the way. As well angry and annoyed. Piss.
"Brother.." a high pitch tone squeal as soon as he step out of his car. He sigh not ready to deal with another headache.
"Melinda not now" he mutters rubbing his forehead. Alex murmuring and pacing inside his head. Giving him a headache.
"Where is my sister in law?" She ask him with a hopeful look. Peeping behind her brother huge frame.
"Move" Melinda small frame blocking him from entering inside.
"Where is she? Your mate. I want to meet her" she grin ignoring her brother words. She have been dying to meet her brother mate who can take his beast. Control him.
"She's not here. Inside?" He raised an eyebrow at his sister who eye him suspiciously. He was getting annoyed but he would never snap at his sister.
"Fine. But I want details.. is she beautiful? How old is she? Which pack is she from? Who's Alpha daughter is she?" Melinda ask questions after questions still in the same position. Blocking his way not making an attempt to go inside.
"Melinda Osoff. If you want answers to your questions let him in" Howard Jared younger brother say with an irritating boring look.
"Oh.." she say excitingly running inside.
Jared sigh feeling exhausted before dealing with her. He walks inside to see his beta Cameron and his mate Amber, Hunter and his mate Lina, Melinda and Howard waiting for him expectantly.
Amber grinning so widely with her baby bump. Jared stare at her baby bump his mind immediately running to his mate pregnant with his pups someday.
"Alpha King you should stop staring and give us the steamy details by now" Amber eyes sparkles wanting to know about her Luna Queen. But make sure not to cross the limit. She don't want her Alpha King snapping at her.
"Which pack is our Luna Queen from?" Howard ask immediately after he take his seat.
"Pack? I think Jared should tell you something first" Cameron say his expression hard and serious.
"What is she a rogue? We can set-"
"My mate is a human" Jared say cutting of Howard. There was a complete deafening silence for a second before Melinda squeal again excitedly.
"Human as in human?"
"No human as in mermaid with tails" Howard reply back rolling his eyes at the obvious. But he is aware it would create a haphazard mess.
Human? That have never happen before.. especially a Luna Queen.
"What's the human name?" Everyone stare at their Alpha King who is seated on the chair with his leg cross. A blank face with an intimidating look. He roar not liking them calling her human.
"Don't know" he say feeling slightly awkward he did not get his mate name.
"What? All my effort was a waste stopping that young wolf. So you could drop her home. That time was for you to make progress " Cameron exclaim feeling sadly disappointed. He know her name but he would make his Alpha King work for it. They need to bond slowly and it can start from that.
Cameron stare at Jared who have a guilty like expression on his face. He squint his eye. No it cannot be. He's not dumb to do that. But he's Alpha King Jared Osoff. Nothing is impossible with him.
"No wait that look. Did you drop her home Alpha King?" Cameron ask cautiously feeling suspicious.
"Jared don't you dare tell a lie.." Melinda glare at her brother shaking her head. She really wants to meet her brother mate. He wouldn't have scared her away?
"I may have leave her on the way.. she might get home" he say his face remain blank with that poker face. But his inside feels horrible leaving her on the way.
"You did not drop her home right? As in step on her door porch?" Howard ask staring at his poker face brother of an Alpha King even though the answer was obvious.
"Don't tell me you kick her out of the car?" Amber whisper under her breathe.
"How did you know?" Jared ask curiously. Was he been spy on?
"What?" Melinda shouts her jaw falling apart.
"Hell no. You didn't" Cameron curse.
Amber stare at her Alpha King speechless. Who stare back at them frowning confused.
"What is wrong about that?" He ask sounding uninterested. Not a clue what he did was wrong.
"Just know you are mateless forever" Howard say leaning back on his chair.
Jared immediately growl glaring at his brother. Alex baring his teeth ready to kill.
"Growling at him won't undo the damage. He's right" Melinda say looking at her clueless brother.
"She's mine" he growl gritting his teeth.
"Only if she wants you now" Alex whimper inside his head.
"First you kick her out of the car when you are suppose to drop her home. Second she's a human that means she have no clue about us. About the bond. And you left a great impression on her now" Melinda say sighing exhaustedly.
"There are still more to add on the list.." Cameron say making Melinda shakes her head unbelievably.
"He gave her detention for hitting him. Despite with her apologizing. Then his cold poker face staring at her. Speaking roughly. Intimidating her. Poor human she must be traumatized" Cameron sigh dramatically.
Amber hits him on his chest glaring at her mate. He was rubbing salt on his Alpha King wounds again.
"Alpha King.. Jared it will be alright. Every mistakes are worth the count. We learnt from it" she assure him. Knowing how he will be feeling despite his blank expressionless face.
"I don't need to impress her, courting like a gentleman. I can kidnap her and force the bond on her. She can't escape the bond anyway" he say arrogantly with a smug look like he solve the biggest mystery. Shrugging casually. But he know he would never do that.
But he wouldn't mind something fun out of it.
"And makes her hates you more"
