Lina and Melinda reach the castle at the same time. Shifting back to their human form.

"Dress.. quick" snatching the dress from the maids waiting for them. Melinda urge Lina. Wearing them she hurried inside leaving Lina. She had meet Stacey once but that was not enough.

"Melinda slow down. You'll freak her out.." Lina hurried behind Melinda.

"Lina speed up. You're gonna love our Luna. She's so loveable. You'll just want to pamper her and protect her.. she's gonna be different this time.." turning around Melinda say looking at her. Lina roll her eyes at Melinda tone of assurance.

"You'll know once you see her" Lina nod walking behind her. Excited to meet her Luna Queen. Hoping she would bring her justice and bring equality.

All the previous Luna Queens failed to do that one thing. Equality to the female. It was never too hard or they were abused but it is visible to every eye. Females are not consider equals to their own male. All the Luna's accept and ignore this very problem. But something in Lina hope her Luna Queen this time would be different.

"What is you first expression on her Melinda? A Luna worthy? A true Luna worth for us..?" Lina ask trailing behind her. Melinda stop abruptly.

"Lina.. I don't know what you're expecting neither what you are hoping. But I assured you. She's different. Yes she's a human. Weak and impossible to be us werewolves rivals but.. that may be her strength. For centuries of what we know. All the previous Luna Queens are outstanding she wolves from a strong pack. In fact the strongest among all she wolf of her time.. this difference could be something else.. Moon Goddesses know what she is doing.." Melinda say with a serious expression. Eyes lock with Lina. Her every words carrying a heavy deep meaning.

Lina stood awkwardly not knowing how to handle the serious Melinda. Who had never being serious before.

"Forget that.. but I'm telling you. She's a full package of love.. this time we may have a lovely, warm and considerate Mother.." Melinda smile walking away. Lina stare at her weirdly following behind.

Jared shift back reaching the border. Hunter pass him a short bowing his head down. So does the warriors.

"How is the situation so far?" He inquired his hand resting on his hips.

"Nothing Alpha King. It's the same as earlier. They keeps scooping our border but dare not step inside our territory. Our warriors are waiting at the line. The moment they step in our warriors are ready to take action.. What shall we do Alpha King. Do we attack or wait?" Hunter ask standing behind his Alpha King waiting for his next command.

"They are not here to attack. Rather waiting for something big.." his eyes darkened staring at the rogue besides a tree.

They are here as messengers for him.

One rogue wolf probably the leader among them growl signalling his head to one particular wolf to step forward. The wolf obey stepping up nearing the territory. The royal warriors growls getting in positions ready to attack. Forming a line. Snarling at the rogue wolf.

The rogue wolf shift in his human form standing at the edge of the border. A young man probably one of their warriors. Strong and tall with brown curly hairs stood upright. Looking at Jared. He was the main person the message was intended to.

"Alpha King.." he spat disgustingly despite his will bowing his head. Every werewolves whether they recognise and acknowledge Jared as their Alpha King, King of all Werewolves would bow to him. Their wolf would naturally pay respect to him.

"Kneel before the Alpha King rogue" Hunter yell angry with the disrespect the rogue wolf show. Jared glance at Hunter to stop.

"What do your rogue leader have to say pup? That he's too scared to face me" the rogue wolf clench his fist glaring at him. He dare mention their rogue kIng when he know too damn well his King is grieving for his queen.. mate dead.

He growl at Jared ignoring his comment. To get angry at the Alpha King was not what he came for. But pass the message his Rogue King send. To be a messenger.

"I'm here as a messenger from my King to the Alpha King" he shouts not cowering or afraid of the royals warriors surrounding him. Jared frown at the young wolf. Either he is a fool or possessed.. under some spell.

There is no werewolves who doesn't fear the name of the Alpha King.

"Warriors let the rogue pass" the warriors growls immediately stepping aside letting him enter. His head held up his posture stiff and upright strong. Walking towards Jared.

Jared smirk. Alex growl lowly not able to disgust the pup attitude in disrespecting him. His eyes glowing to bright golden. Hunter immediately step up blocking the rogue way from reaching Jared.

"Third in command step aside. He is no match to me" Hunter nod stepping aside. With the obvious who would stand after a fight.

"Speak rogue. Time is running out" Jared say coldly his cold hazel eyes piercing through the boy skull. He gulp clenching his fist. His wolf whimpering as the Alpha King reek of dominant power demanding respect.

"You start the war not us. I would live up to my name. I kill. I s*******r. I'm a Rogue. An eye for an eye. You took my mate from me. Now i should return the favour. A life for a life. A Queen for a Queen. A Mate for.. a Mate. My grieving days would come to an end. Time are limited.. protect her when you can. Hide her before the search begins. Once a rogue wolf begins a hunt. It never fail. Tick tock.. tick tock.. I'm coming for my hunt but this time.. the prey change.' I've pass my King message" Jared jaw clench hearing the word mate.

No one can endanger his mate life. She is his to protect.. and he will.

Hunter growls hearing his future Luna Queen life being threatens. Even if he dislike Stacey. The Luna Queen is his duty to protect whoever she would be. His Alpha King partner. The warriors growls gathering around the rogue wolf. Whoever threatens their Alpha King and Luna Queen is their enemy.

"I Alpha King Jared Osoff is not a coward nor do I forgive. That wolf you consider your leader could be erroneous. I won't strike unless I'm wrength. That's me showing mercy to your grieving leader.. but my mercy won't last for long. I strive to eliminate than preserve.. wasting my time.." his eyes darkens shimmering with glints of excitement and anger.

"Tell that wolf of yours. Discover her before I do. If she falls in my hand before his he won't get the chance to touch her. For I would be there to eliminate any threat that comes her way. Take a step forward if he fear not. For I would take twice forward. An Alpha King never let go of his prey. Once he set his target he never stop.. till he eliminate it all" the wolf gulp standing infront of him. Trying his best not to show fear. He hastily look down not able to stand the power he was releasing.

Those eyes were of an angry male predator protecting his female partner.

Jared said to confused the rogue. None have the accurate information of the Alpha King finding his mate. He could installed time with that. Before he reveals his identity to Stacey.

In the meantime Jared felt an unquiet, anxious and scared, panicking emotions overwhelming through him. His eyes widened realising it wasn't his emotions. But instead his mate. He let out an earth shattering roar making all the wolves around him whimpers. Turning around he shifted mid air. Running towards the castle. Leaving Hunter to deal with the rogue.

Stacey stuck with the three strangers couldn't help but feel perturb. She just want to escape away being alone is what she prefer more than being around this new strange people. Who keeps making her uncomfortable. With talks she was disinterest in.

"If it is really true what the legend say. Then you must have felt it too. Stacey how was it when you meet my brother. Did sparks fly around? How did you know he was the one for you? Was it his scent? Does it smell nice? I heard the scent is different for your fated one compare with the rest. In particular for us all he smell of rain and forest. But probably it's different to you. What is it like for you?.. no scratch that. It's not important.." Melinda keeps on blabbering oblivious of the glare the other three wolves were giving her.

She gave out a whole documentary of mating and the bonds. Stuck in her own dreamy daze. Stacey stare at her like she have finally lost her mind. From the begining Stacey feels something odd about Melinda. Even now she notice how the three other wolves were very cautious speaking out their mind totally the opposite of Melinda.

Who keeps talking about things Stacey have no clue about.. but find it weird. Like it was warning her to go far from it.

"Melinda shut that chattery mouth of yours.." Howard sigh face palming himself mind linking her. Jared won't spare any of them. Observing Stacey reaction. Her expression shows she notice something is off.

"She's staring at you like you've finally decided to lost your mind" Lina grits the words smiling awkwardly at Stacey dumbstruck annoyed face.

Melinda clears her throat getting herself back. Maybe she have blurt out a little. But that was more than needed. Not that little.

"I don't think we're on the same station. Cause i really don't have any clue what you're saying for all this past minutes" Stacey say staring at her. Her face void looking exhausted.

"Oh forget about her. She must have forgotten her daily dose of sanity resulting in which her sickness must be taking action now. This happens at the end of every month.. she goes half insane" Amber say smiling at Stacey. Avoiding Melinda stare who was with a petrified expression.

Stacey brows furrowed more.

"What legend is she talking about? Because.. Yes I do feel that sparks she's right about that. But how do you know that? And let's make this clear now I'm sure your brother is not my fated one.." Stacey say ignoring Amber lame excuse. She's not a little kid to buy such stupid common lame excuses.

"Why do I feel like there are things i don't know about? Everything you have being saying about for the past thirty minutes seems so real to me. Even though that's frightening and strange" she say pushing back her anxiety and the nauseous feelings. Which started once they surrounded her.

She was never comfortable around strangers. Her past still terrifies her. Her emotional trauma are not fully heal even after all this years. Being around strangers she knew nothing about triggers it more.

"The scent? The fated? The sparks?" She repeated again with a discern eye.

"What is that?"

"Melinda that's the result of your non stopping blabbermouth.. deal with it now. Alpha King would probably kill us even if we spill anything out without intent.." Lina mind link. Glaring at Melinda with an awkward smile.

"Guys.. don't leave me out alone. Brother would be here shortly. Wouldn't we all be in trouble? And not me alone.." Melinda replied back grinning tightly at them.

"Brother are you leaving me out on this alone..?" Melinda whine pouting at Howard who scoff.

"Don't pulled me into your mess young lady. Jared is another whole level of danger.." Howard dismiss Melinda feeling a chill down his spine at the thought of Jared cold angry eyes.

Stacey huff observing them quietly. They were openly ignoring her questions. Even her existence. She could see the various emotions displaying on their faces. Sometimes passing a glare.. or an evil glint in their eyes.. an exasperated sigh.

"Stacey are you famished? I can make you my special pancakes.." Amber say smiling at Stacey. In the state of distracting Stacey from the topic Amber completely forgot Stacey was eating her breakfast before she got here.

"Thank you but I'm not.. as you can see. I'm done eating long back" Stacey said back. Tired with their excuses and lame faint attempt to distract her.

"Uh.. do you want to stroll around the castle? We have a very big garden outside. Along with a lake-" Amber was cut off when Stacey asked her surprise with a deep frown.

"A castle you said?" Amber stiffen. Placing her hand on her baby bump. She was doom. Run out of excuses.

Every words that slip out of their mouth was trapping them back.
