"I want to see him again " she said turning to kilgara as she dropped the sea shells

" see who?" kilgara asked as she swam toward her and her coily tail uncoils and coils repeatedly as she swims.

" that little human " she answered smiling broadly while looking up to the surface.

" little what?!" kilgara asked in shock and confusion. " you mean mean you have see a human and you want to see it again? " she added tightly frowning her face

" this little human is very nice" she said turning her back to kilgara.

" nice?!. you know it's forbidden to talk about humans talk more of going to the surface to see one." she said swimming to face Maria.

" wait first! don't tell me you actually went to the surface and truly met a human " kilgara said in a low tone after looking around to see if someone is coming or ease dropping.

"yes I did! and just so you know not all of them are as dangerous as you all think" she replied petting kilgara with her index and middle finger on her head.

The whole sea (all the reasonable creatures in it) were summoned to the palace by the Queen and everyone is to gather in the palace the next day. it is a annual gathering known as MERTIVAL, a joyful occasion where at highest 2 eligible mermen gets an eligible mermaid for a bride. Every mermaid and merman worked tirelessly preparing to look their best for this occasion so as not to be rejected by a merman or a mermaid. Every merkid sees this occasion as an opportunity to eat and drink all kinds of delicious sea foods and drinks. Princess Jena sees this occasion as an opportunity to look her best and make every mermaid jealous and envy of her, especially Bane's . Bane sees it an another annoying crowdy event where he will be force to hang out with Jena throughout the day.

Maria on the other hand unlike everyone was thinking out of the sea. she sees it as an opportunity to swim to the surface to see Frank again.
