MARIA

Episode 12

Jena stood quietly watching Bane look for Maria.

"there she is!" he excitedly said as he saw Maria at the place where all food and drinks are kept. She was eating vegetative sea food while other kids admired and praise her tail and hair. Bane hurriedly swam to her and Jena followed him groaning

"wow it's beautiful" one of the kids said gently touching her tail.

"yeah I also love your hair. your mother is so good at decorating hair" another kid said gently touching the pearls on her hair.

"yes of course. She's my mother after all" Maria said to the kids feeling proud of her mother as she drops the plate of food on the crystal table beside her.

"Nice tail and hair" Bane said in a calm and a lovely voice that attracted everyone at the table side.

"Oh thank you very much" Maria said bowing down to Bane and Jena who suddenly appeared.

"the princess" the kids gasped and bowed as well. It is unlike princess Jena to join other kids for anything.

"the colour combination on your tail is perfect" Bane said admiring Maria. Jena gave him an annoying look. He has never complemented that way before. She felt angry and jealous at sane time.

"Oh but it's only paint and glitters. nothing more" Jena said trying to make Maria feel bad or probably reduce people's attention off Maria

" No princess, Maria's tail colour and glitters are natural. the only thing artificial in Maria right now is her hair pearls " one of the kids excitedly said praising Maria supernatural beauty.

"oh wow it's adorable. I have never seen anything like it". Bane said gently rubbing Maria's tail. Jena was irrigated and annoyed at Bane's behavior towards Maria. She hated the fact that all of them are praising and admiring Maria and wanted to make Maria look and feel very bad. Maria on the other hand kept silence watching all them talk.
