Chapter 11 - Permission

Daniel Moon P.O.V

"I know what to do to get that approval. If i get her permission, you will move to my house?" I look at her anxiously. When she nod, I give out a laugh.

"Well then, I shall get her permission and approval, Lica." She looked at me with curious look. Suddenly I feel that I turn on with her. Dammit. It has been few days since my last f**k so I getting horny I think. But why it is only with her? "What is your plan, Niel? I just smirked at her. "I'm not telling you. It is a secret." she shake her head. She is frustrate I think. I just pet her head to cool her off. " Now go and rest okay. I will see you later." She nod at me and give me a smile. That smile. She look good with that smile. After she goes into her house, I drive away excitedly..

I call Abraham. After a few ring, he pick up. "What's up brother? Everything's good with Angie?". He sound worry. I won't harm her, stupid. "Well good and bad. Can you come down to my house tonight? I need to discuss something with you. I see you there. Later, bro." I quickly hang up.

I need to use my golden card now.

- Daniel House- 

    "Are you crazy, Dan? You want me to what? Persuade Am to let Angie move here? To YOUR house?" Ab screamed. "Well, I ain't deaf so you don't need to yell and yes. I want you to help me do that." I grinned. Ab is shaking his head like he will lose it soon.  "You gotta be kidding me. Am will kill me. She will say no. She had been wanting to get Angie to move in with us because she said she need to protect her. She would never agree to this plan, Dan." I sighed. "Ab, do you really want her to move in together with Amber into your house? Where you wouldn't have privacy? I thought you want alone time with Am. Three person in a house doesn't seem alone to me." 

    "Well, to be honest, I don't want that either but Angie is like her own sister. When Am said she want to keep Angie safe, I can sense that if I say no back then, she won't agree to move in with me. Plus, Angie seem into that idea too. I just can't say no." Ab sighed. "However, why you want her to stay with you? You are not looking for a commitment, Dan. You might hurt her. Don't mess with her,Dan." I give Ab a wary look. "I am not planning to mess with her, asshole." Ab gasped."I just want to protect her. Just let me meet Am to discuss with her on this matter. I need your help to give her a little push to agree on this matter. Promise me that you will help me, okay? I give you my words I have no ill intention to her." Ab stared at me for a while and he nod. I feel relieve.

- Abraham House -

"Did you did something to Angie, Dan? When I got home yesterday and I stumbled with her. She look awful. Did you hurt her?" Amber lashed out. Ab give me shock and worry look while holding Amber out. I clear my throat and try to be as calm as a cucumber. "I didn't do anything to her except right and nice things. She did cried yesterday but.." Amber ready to cut me down but I proceed. "She is not crying because of me. She is crying because of her past. Actually it is all your fault."

    Amber look me in disbelief and yell at me. " What the f**k? You said it was my fault? The only mistake I did was setting up the breakfast for you. I shouldn't do that." She trying to hit me but blocked by Ab. I look at her and talk to her firmly. "Our breakfast is not a mistake. The mistake is actually the place we had our breakfast yesterday." Amber went silent and her face turn pale. Ab keep looking at her and me curiously. "Bro. Care to explain? What the hell happened yesterday?". I clear my throat. "Well, your girlfriend here give me some suggestion to me to bring Lica while pointed out which restaurants are Lica favorite places. Here I was thinking it is a great idea as I want to show my gratitude and what is the best way other than shower her to one of her favorite place, right?" Ab nod and Amber just staring at me. 

    "Well, the plan backfired. I turn out to bring her to one of the worst place ever. Do you know where?" Ab look at me and Amber face turn paler. "We went to The Rut House." Amber gasped and look at me, shocked. "Judging from your facial expression, Am, I think you know the restaurant and why it is a bad idea now, right?" She nodded her head apologetically. She whispered."I don't mean to ruin it. I really just blurted everything out and I don't mean to tell you that. I thought you didn't hear it so I didn't explain it. I don't know that among all of the restaurant, you'll pick that." She sound so guilty. 

    "Something terrible must happened right? Can you tell me please?" Amber pleaded. I nod. " Yup. Something happened. Just say the bad memories all rushed in and I even have the pleasure to get to know her secret." Amber started to cry and Ab trying to calm her down while looking at me, confused. I feel guilty causing this to happen. Lica will kill me if she found out I make Amber crying. "Hey Am. Don't worry. Nothing happened that bad that I can't solve it." She looked at me, tears in her eyes. "Yes, I solved it and I bring her back safely. I calm her down and make her laugh before she get off the car. It's okay."

    "Really? You helped her? Thank you. Thank you so much, Dan." She stifled a sob and give me a smile. I can see Ab starting to relax. Man, you must be really in love to worry about that tears. Just like me. Wait, WHAT? I quickly shake my head to remove that thought. Luckily the two lovebirds didn't notice it. "Bro, I don't know what happened but I don't think I want to know. But I believe in you. Thank you for keeping Angie safe, somehow." I grinned as Ab smiling at me.

Okay.. Now let's do this.

    I give signals to Ab by kick his foots and he get the signals. I slowly approached Amber. "Hmm.. Am.. I got something to tell you." She looked up at me with red eyes. I take a deep breath. "Well, now we sorted out the misunderstanding we have, I want to get to the actual point I asked Ab to arrange for this meeting." Ab look at me intensely. Well, here goes nothing. "Well due to the unfortunate event, I found out about one of Lica secret and I know why you insist to keep her by your side." She look at me with surprised look. "Okay.. So you found out? She told you about that?" I nodded. "Well, why you want to meet me then? To confirm that story?" I shake my head and look Amber straight at her eyes. "When we talking about that, I make an offer to Lica. She seem like she is happy with the offer but said she will only accept it if I get your permission."

    She give me a stern look."What offer?" I cleared my throat. "I offer her to move in to my house while you move in to Ab home." That words surprise Am. "What the f**k? Do you think I will say yes to that insane offer?" She said in high tone. She is furious. I look at Ab. Ab hug her shoulders and Am cool down. "Baby, he told me about this too. Angie also like that idea so I say if they both happy about it, let them be, baby." She wear the shock expression and turn to look at Ab furiously. "Babe, I can't believe you agree with that idea. I know you don't feel comfortable with the idea she move in with us but I thought you will try and work out with the arrangement. But I guess wrong. I won't be moving in with you, asshole. Let's break up. Let go of me."

    Upon hearing that word, Ab face change and he look terrified. He try to calm Amber down but she is struggling to get out from his hug. Being in karate, I know Amber is strong but Ab is stronger. I need to dissolve this situation fast. I grab Am by her shoulder. She turned to me, fumed. I calmly look at her. "Listen, don't be upset. Ab not saying that because he's not happy with the initial arrangement. He just want to follow Lica wishes, that's all. Right, bro?" Ab quickly nod. "Yes, baby. I don't mean it in any different way. Please don't misunderstand me. Please, baby." Amber stop struggling and look to Ab face. "Really?" Ab nodded vigorously. "Yes, baby, yes. You misunderstand me. I really just want Angie to be happy. I'm sorry."

    She hug Ab and Ab turn mellow. Is this in love do to us? Man. She turn to face me and look at me intensely. "Are you telling me the truth? Is she really want to do that?" I smile at her. "Yes, she is. She is happy but maybe but I guess she predict this outcome so she tell me to get the permission from you." That word make Amber laugh. "She might have predicted this. Haha. But why you want her to move in with her? Are you trying to play with her heart? Are you trying to trick her?!" I shake my head. "No. I don't plan to harm her in any way. I want to protect her. That's all." Amber look at me curiously. "Protect her? You? Why would you?"

    I shrugged my body. "I don't know. I just feel like protecting her from that s**t. I don't want to let her get hurt again. I will do everything in my power to ensure of that. Plus, if she is with me, she doesn't need to feel like she is restricted from doing something. At my house, it is different because I rarely home so she will have all the right to do whatever she want there. Plus, with this you guys can have some alone times that you guys need as a couple and it will be good for you guys right?" Am and Ab face turn red. Haha. They are thinking of it.  "And..." I stopped. Am look at me impatiently. "And??". I smiled. "And... Lica don't need to feel like she is like a ..what she called it.. owh. Lampost." Hearing my last words, Lampost, it make Amber laugh. Ab look relieved. Man, my bro went through so much today. I am sorry, man.

    "Lampost? Hahahaha. She is always overthinking.. You promise you will keep her safe and not harming her instead?" Amber asked me with pressed look. I nod. "I promise, Am." Ab starting to be impatient as I think he is frustrate that he does not know what we talking about but I'll bet he ain't gonna push this further as he doesn't want to pissed Amber off. "Well, if she really want to do it, I am fine with it. But I will do spot check on her condition from time to time. Better not mistreat her, Dan." I let out a relief sigh. "I promise. Don't worry. You and Dan are welcome anytime to come and check on her." Am nod and give me a warm smile.

I stayed there for a bit more for a little chit chat on how she want to move. After that, I'm heading home leaving the two of the lovebirds with excitement in my heart.
