Chapter 7 - Breakfast Time

This is her house that she shared with Amber. It is actually quite near with my own house. It just my house it further up on the hill. 

"Dan, remember. Be nice to Angie. Don't make me and Am get into a fight, Okay?" Ab sound worry.

I chuckle."I promise you, Ab. I never keep my promise. Man, you really that worry? Do you love Amber that much?'

Ab let out a small laugh. "Thank you Dan. Yes, I do love Amber that much."

We laugh together. Sometimes, I do feel jealous of Ab and Amber. Somehow, he is really sure he is in love with Amber and so do Amber. They are annoying with the lovey dovey thing but it is good. Unfortunately, it is something that I will never have. Maybe I will have it someday?

    Then, I see her come out with Amber. She didn't notice me as she diligently locked her house. God, she look so beautiful. I am a bit bothered by her dress as it is a bit too short compared to last night dress but nevertheless, she look amazing. When she done locking the door, she turned around and our eyes interlocked with each other. We kinda just stared at each other until I hear Amber clearing her throat.

" Do you guys want to have breakfast or lunch? Hahaha." Amber tease us. I can see Lica turning red and it make me amused. In a good way. 

" So, we meet you there, Ab? Let us know okay if you coming so we can order up for you guys." I said to Ab so that we can make a move. Ab respond with a smile "Yes. We will meet you there." Ab started the engine and Amber making gesture moving towards Ab car when she stop and whisper to me."Look after her. Please don't believes on the rumors that you heard about her. Just get to know her, please." That surprised me but I just nod to her and smile to her to reassure her that I will do what she requested. It's weird but sure, I will do that?

    After Ab and Amber left the house, I look at Angelica. She seem a bit flustered and shy I think? It make me intrigue. She really is different every time I see her. As I approach her, I can see she move her gaze to the pavement. Hurm.. She is shy huh?

"Hey Lica. Good morning. Are you ready?" I asked her. Like i expected, she blush when she hear me calling her Lica. That turn me on. 

"Hi Ni..Niel.. Goodd morning to you too. Ye..Yeah. I am ready. Let's go." she said gently still looking down.

    It starting to annoy me when she avoid to look at me. I grab her by her arm and she look at my face, shock. "Lica, look at me when you talk to me. I don't think my face is that ugly right? I don't like today attitude of yours." She seem flustered. " I am sorry Niel.. I don't mean to be rude or whatever. I'm just..." then she stopped talking and divert her eyes from me again.

"Just what, Lica? I really looking forward for this breakfast you know. It does turn me on with the play hard to get s**t but it is getting too much now. I am not a monster. I just want to say thank you for that day but if it's really troubling you, then it's okay. I am sorry. Bye." I let her arms go. Her reaction is really piss me off and really ruin my mood. Here I am thought it will go great and looking forward to it and the reality is exactly the opposite.

    As I turned around and start to walk away, I feel her pulling my shirt. I want to turn to face her but her hand stop me. I heard her taking a deep breath and let it go. What's going on? Then I hear that calm angelic voice."I am sorry if I get you upset. I just feel guilty that I acted so rude to you yesterday and today. I don't like peoples judge me based on the rumors but I did that with you. It make me embarrassed to even look at you when I don't apologize for it. I don't mean to make you mad at me when i look away. I don't look away because I find you ugly. It just that..." she stopped. It make me feel like my heart stop too with her words. She keep silent for a while and I want her to finish her sentence.

    I turned around facing her. I can see she tremble a bit. " Just what, Lica? Tell me please." I try to coax her in telling me the truth. She take a deep breath again. "It just that when you look at me with that dominating aura, I feel weird. Plus, somehow it seem like I keep making you upset. I don't want to make you upset." Then she bring her face up and looked me in the eyes. It make my heart beat fast. "We just met like few days ago and yet I always make you upset. I am sorry, Niel. Can we start fresh please?"

    With her ending the sentences with the pleading eyes of her, it really make me feel touched and turned on at the same time. I can started to feel my erection building up. Man, I got to get this out of control. I cleared my throat and hold her face to make sure she look directly to my eyes to avoid she notice my erection. "Sure. We can start fresh, Lica. Why not? Since we starting fresh, I will let you know something about me. I don't like someone deny me in anyway. It ticked me off and when I get upset, well I think you notice that, right?'

    She laugh when she heard what I had to say. Her smile is beautiful."Well, no need to tell me about that dummy. I heard the deny thing on the first time and yes I did see your temper. But I am not that obedient type so yeah expect a lot of arguments with me." She ended it with a wink. Is she teasing me? Is this how she attract all the guys to flock around her? I don't know if this is her real self or just a character she is playing. Suddenly, I feel upset thinking about the guys that attracted to her. She seem to notice the swing of my mood when suddenly she take my hand off of her face. Then she send me a smile., "Let's go for breakfast, Niel. I am starving." Listening her voice calling my name, it calm me down. Who the f**k is this girl? I met her 3 days ago and she been effecting my emotion too much. 

    I bring her to my car and start my car engine while she enter to the passenger seat and fixed her seat belt. Once done, she asked me softly "Where are we having our breakfast?". It surprise me that she didn't show any excitement about my expensive car. That mean she is not motivated by money. i put up the map. "We are heading to The Rut House." When I said the restaurant name, she seem flustered but when I ask why she said it is nothing. What is wrong with that place? Amber is the one who suggest me to bring her there.

-  The Rut House -

    We arrived at the TRH. When we come in to the restaurant, the waiters seem shock to see us. Maybe they know who am I? It is not weird look for me as I am the Moon Group CEO and one of the youngest billionaire in the country. However, when I see Angelica face, I know the shock is not because of me but because of her. Once we seated and ordered, I look at her.

" What is wrong, Lica? Is there something bothering you?" I said with concern. She look at me and smiled.

"Nothing is wrong. I just haven't been here for quite some times. It used to be my favorite place. When I am here, I am rushed with memories. The good and the bad ones." I feel that it more to the bad ones according to her reaction. Damn, Amber. Why the f**k you suggest me this place. I touch her hand and I can feel it is ice cold. She look startle when I did that."Do you want to go, baby? We don't have to eat here if you don't want to." She seem confused and flustered when I call her baby. I think she figured out my intention when she laugh. "No. I am good, my Niel. Hahaha. You caught me off guards. Naughty guy." She still laughing. When I hear her calling me "my Niel", my heart race again. Man, you acting weird. She just joking for god sake.

    As Lica seem to lose her nervous feeling, we continue to talk bit by bit about ourselves. We eat our breakfast while talking and it is refreshing. I get to know she is a single child in her family. She seem happy talking about her family and I am jealous of that. I told her about my business and to my surprise she is able to catch up with me and even throw in some points that I know it would be good for my business. To be honest, it is a great feeling. I haven't feel this way before with a woman before. Most of the times, they don't understand business and always gossiping. Lica can hold the conversation and it make my heart flutter. As we finishing up our meal, we heard some peoples laughing but then the laughter stop...

Suddenly....

"Angie..."

I can see Lica start to panic. It is weird. Why she act that way?  She try so hard to keep her composure and when I see that, I hold her hand. She looked at me shockingly but then she give me a smile. With a deep breath, we turn around to see the owner of the voice.
