Chapter 7
Roni was silent and listened to his friend Ernest.
They were in the car heading towards Houg’s house
Ernest thought about the dinner with Luisa and in the meantime he ran a complex but even pretty restless monologue.
After telling in detail what happened, Ernest turned to Roni and asked him: “What do you think?”
“ I think it’s a fortune that at least this time you didn’t drink like a sponge,” Roni answered.
Ernest didn’t reply. His breakdown did him good and of course he didn’t hope that his friend presented him the solution to all his problems. He really liked the fact that Roni took everything with irony; in fact, according to his style, the advice was to buy a pack of cigarettes.
“ But I don’t smoke!” Ernest said surprised.
“ You don’t need to know how to do it,” Roni
