Alexa froze, her whole body was trembling but she stood in place.
Evelyn suddenly felt cold, her lips were moving but words weren't coming out. She exchanged terrified glances at Alexa and the box. Surprisingly the box was still in place, perfectly covered. Evelyn was hyperventilating, she felt like her head was going to explode, and it was suddenly becoming too heavy for her. How could this be? that was the only question that repeated itself in Evelyn's head. She was immediately overshadowed by terror, while there was a nudge trying to dispute the fact that it was real. Without warning, tears began pouring from her eyes.
