The Alpha King and His Mate

Chapter 2

Brody Knight's POV:

I groan as I lean back in my chair and push my black hair out of my eyes.

"Do I really have to go? I loathe the White Moon pack they are always trying to bribe their way to my good side." I look over at my beta Andy Black. He has been my best friend since we were in diapers.

"Yes, Brody you got no choice. I mean you are the king." He chuckles.

"I know man it just sucks, it's one hell of a long ride." I sit up and take a look at what I'm supposed to discuss with their Alpha.

"Do you know where Mathew is? I wanted to give him a rundown on everything." Matt is my gamma as well as my lover. I am 25 without a mate and the elders have been getting on my case about it.

"No, but I will link him and be on my way."

I nod and watch Andy leave. In a couple of minutes, I hear a knock on my door and look up. "Come in." I watch as Matt walks over and sits down. I explain what is going to happen and tell him to go. I sigh and get up to head to my bedroom for a quick shower since the omegas have already packed my things.

I turn the water on as hot as I know my body can stand it. I strip down and step in letting my muscles relax under the warm water. In my head, this little boy popped up and he is from the White moon pack. I watched him when my father and I would visit the pack.

He was so cute I couldn't forget him after all these years. He was 7 years younger than me and I've always felt so drawn to him and very protective for some odd reason. I wonder if I will meet him when I'm there.

I get dressed in a black suit and slick my hair back being as professional as possible. I adjust my tie and groan saying to myself that I hate wearing stuff like this. I quickly head down to my car it is a dark blue Alpha Romeo Giulia. I love this car and it's very comfortable. I'm not a small man either and there is enough room for me to be comfortable.

I head off to White Moon and make record time in 4 hours which would normally take 5-6 hours. The Alpha greets me as I come up to the house and we shake hands.

"Pleasure to see you again Alpha Evans"

"The pleasure is all mine king knight. Let me show you to my office and we can talk business there."

I nod and follow him towards his office and my wolf is pacing inside my head for some reason and he won't tell me why. But there is a faint smell of Mint and Rose.

"That smells delicious," I say to my wolf Zane.

"We should locate the smell later." He replies to me.

"I agree let's just get this over with." I sit down in front of Alpha Evans and I undo my buttons on my jacket.

"Why are you trying to expand your territory inside another pack without my permission?" I look at him sternly letting my aura out a bit to scare him. There is a reason why I am respected as the king and it's not just because of my father.

"W-Well my pack has gotten considerably more members and I need the space we are at 350 now instead of 300" Alpha Evans stutters and slightly cowers away.

"You should formally put in some paperwork through the council before trying to expand. You know the rules!" I raise my voice slightly.

There's a small knock on the door and I look at the door and back to Alpha Evans.

"Come in," he says and I watch as this girl comes in wearing the most exposing outfit leaving nothing to the imagination and a cake face am out of make-up. She bends down to kiss the alpha on the cheek and he smiles.

"Sir Knight this is my daughter Emma and Emma this is King Brody Knight," he says.

She gasps and smiles as she gets closer I can smell the amount of perfume on her and my nose wrinkles.

"Hello, Ms. Evans." I look at her trying to keep a straight face.

She saunters over to me and has the audacity to sit on my lap. I growl lowly warning her to get off me and she just looks at me dumbly.

"So, Brody do you have a mate because I'd sure hope you'd choose me." She licks her lips as she presses her chest against me.

I gently toss her into the next chair and storm out of his office angry. Then I catch the scent of mint and rose again this time it is stronger. I barge into his room. When I opened the door my eyes land on this skinny gamer boy with brown hair talking to his friends. He looks so cute when he is concentrating.

I startled him and he looks at me shocked and sniffs the air. Zane is screaming mate in my head.

"Mate" I walk over to him in two strides as he scrambles to take off his headset. I grab his chin and pull him into a kiss. I feel the electricity going between us and he starts to kiss me back. I break the kiss and stare at his deep chocolate eyes.

I bring my hand up to his cheek to caress it and he leans right into it.

"What's your name, baby boy?" I ask him and I hear his heartbeat speed up.

"M-My name is Nikki but my friends call me Nikko." I watch as his face gets all flustered and tries to hide from me. I grab his chin making him look at me.

"Don't ever look away from me baby boy, you got that?" I kiss his lips softly not wanting to leave him but I know I have to do back to that meeting.

"Baby boy, I have some more business to take care of so wait for me." I watch as he nods and then I feel him grab the back of my shirt.

"You never told me your name," he said in a low voice.

I smirk "You never asked, my name is Brody Knight." I take his hand and kiss it before I head back to the alpha's office. I'm really annoyed I am having to leave him all I want to do is mark him and make him mine. Zane isn't helping either he is trying to come out.

I step back into the office and see Emma has left thank god and we get down to business and finish an hour or so later. I decide to head back to Nikko's room and hear him talking to his friends so I decide to sneak upon him.

"Come on guys this isn't funny, what am I going to do?" I hear him say.

"What are going to do with what baby boy?" I say in a husky voice next to his ear and he jumps. I watch ad his face turns red and he tells his friends he has to

"H-hi King Brody." I grab his chin and look at him directly in his eyes.

"Don't call me that I am your mate only call me Brody. You got that baby boy." he nods quickly and I sniff the air smelling his arousal. Zane is fighting me for control so he can mark him but I don't want to rush him into anything.

I stand up and smirk at him.

"Baby boy if you arent careful I will f**k your brains out and mark you right here and know."

"Y-Yes Brody" I hear him gulp and his arousal gets stronger. I grab him by his waist immediately kissing him hard and intensely. I pick him up and he wraps his arms and legs around me. I carefully walk over to the bed and set him down.

I break the kiss just for a second and start devouring his mouth more. I bite onto his lip as he gasps thrusting my tongue into his gaining dominance. I explore every part of his mouth. My pants are starting to get too tight from my arousal.

I break the kiss and look down at my flustered mate.

"Baby boy if we keep going I won't be able to stop. Are you sure you will not regret this?"

"N-No, please f**k me~!" Nikko moans out and that is the last straw before I rip all his clothes off in shreds and admire is body. I lick my lips ready to taste every bit of him.
