Mattew knew he could not waste any more time. Black Talon were not the kind of people who played fair, and every passing second increased the chance that Delilah would not make it out alive if Henry decided to act first. He stepped away from the warehouse entrance and quickly pulled out his phone. Without hesitation, he dialed Magnus. The line barely rang before it was picked up. “Mattew? What is going on?” Magnus asked immediately, his voice alert. Mattew did not waste time explaining everything. “I need you to bring me the book,” he said firmly. “Meet me outside the street near the warehouse.
