Carolina’s POV I am not trying to avoid anyone’s look as they are looking at me with scared / shocked face after I snap the head of one of the strongest man on my pack. He had disobeyed my authority and the laws of the pack by rap*ing one of the mated females of my pack house and killed her three years old pup just because he witnessed the scene. Let me introduce myself before getting in more details. My name is Carolina Fernandez I am the Alpha of the Walk Side Pack in Córdoba , Argentina ,after my father passed away three years ago exactly one week after my mother was murdered in a stupid car accident. It might sound strange that a female is an Alpha , but I am the only heir of my family’s bloodline, after all of them were killed by rogues. My mother was unable to have another child after giving birth to me , so I was trained to be a warrior by the age of three. I shifted to my wolf when I was twelve, which is quite impressive, firstly because I was a girl and secondly because even the males with alpha bloodline does not usually shift until sixteen. I am five foot eight tall , with a natural red hair, sky blue eyes with brownish dots around my iris , plain pink lips and light skin. Most will say I am a goodness looking like, as my body has perfect curves , with my tiny waist , Brazilian like as* and my C size breasts. I was walking trough the quiet room filled with people bowing their heads in sign of respect as I was passing by. They were all shocked by the fact that I had the guts of snap off the head of one of my man. But truth being told I would have spared him and just give him a life in the basement punishment if my wolf Cesará wouldn’t have taken control to do the correct thing. In this pack we never allowed anyone to molest mated members, no mater if they were males or females. Is one of the most important rules. It was time for me to clear the doubts of my people which had no idea why that motherf*ker lost his life. “In our pack we have always been like a big family and the family has to be respected and protected, even from other family members” I sad as all of them were starting to look at me some curious and some in confusion. “Rosario Méndez was one of my best warriors, that’s true .I trusted him with my own life, even so , he decided to take advantage of one of our mated sisters” I said as they all gasped in shock. To be honest I was the first and don’t believe it. That guy was like my brother, he defended me long before I was the Alpha , he was my friend from the fist day I started my training as a warrior at three years old. “I know it seem like a harsh punishment, he didn’t just sexually molested our sister ,but killed her little pup” I looked at the floor and felt rage going trough my veins, I felt broken just by trying to imagine the female’s pain, but when I lifted head to the crowd I realised the as soon as they heard the words “killed” and “pup”, females started crying in anger showing their strength and man started growling and showing out their wolf. Don’t get me wrong , our pack is not the heaven , not everything is going smooth every day. We can see wolves fighting, cheating, even getting on human land ,when they know they’ll get punished by doing so, but murder and abuse is something I will never allow on my pack. After ending the meeting with the pack I got back at my pack house mentally exhausted. In my twenty one years of life I never felt so much anger trough men. My father always warned me that unless is my mate I should never trust men. I don’t understand why the Moon Goddess has to be the one who chooses the mate we’ll spent our life with. “Because the mate bond she created won’t be ever broken, the mate that the Goddess chose for us is just ours , you’ll love and fight side by side with your mate until your last breath. If you die , he dies too, if you’re happy, he is too “ said my wolf Cesará from the back of my mind. “I understand that , but then why didn’t I found mine yet , and worse , what is he is a child or something . I heard loads of stories about mates with years of age difference in between. Can you imagine me in five years time finding my mate who is still a bloody teenager?” I said frustrated. Is true , I don’t get to understand how other people find their mate as soon as the turn sixteen or seventeen, and me being twenty one already and a damn Alpha, couldn’t find that man. “Relax little strawberry” that’s the pet nickname she uses on me because of my red hair”You’ll find him when you will quit thinking so much about it” she said and went back in the dark. I struggled to fall asleep because of my conversation with my Wolf an also because tomorrow is the day I need to travel on humans land to submit the deceased certificate of the little pup. Our comité reside in humans pack as is neutral land in between the packs. I didn’t stepped in human land for about three years when I had to be recognised as the Alpha of the pack. For some strange reason I feel nervous but on the same time inpatient. I took a long bath , that I almost felt asleep in, but before I drowned myself , I got back to my room to dry myself and applied my vanilla scented cream to my body watching my reflection on the huge mirrors attached on mi massive wardrobe. After moisturising my whole body I put on some silk black PJ’s and head to the bed getting ready to sleep.
