/HANNAH’s POV/ “Racheal ….” I called out waving my hand at the three stunning ladies standing just at the entrance of the airport. The cab driver was offloading my suitcase and I was quick to sight them because they were the once I just wanted to see at the moment, it’s been ages I met them and truth be told I was too eager to join the click one more time.     I must say, even though Cindy was the bide we are celebrating, Racheal was the stealing the spotlight of the day amongst the ladies, aside the fact that she is blessed with a perfect hourglass figure and an amazing height that makes her noticeable out of any crowed. The two piece fashion blue dress she was wearing with a wide white beach hat complemented her body so well, even as a lady I find myself drooling and stealing glances at her all the time, the knee length skirt having it’s uneven sided falling to the shin made her athletic legs a view to behold onto.   “Hannah…” Cindy enthusiastically screamed out of joy as she was already having her hands wide open already waiting for a hug from me.   “Oh my goodness, she actually came…” Helen said in a whisper she didn’t know came out way loud enough for me to hear. The surprise on their faces was so obvious, they actually expected me to come up with a story at the ninth hour again just like I always do. But nah, not this time, because I personally needed the break and the Cindy’s wedding came in at the right time.   “I heard that…” I responded to her with a cunning stare.   “Oh no, you were actually not supposed to here that, but come on, you can’t blame me” Helen  tried to defend herself.   “You can’t blame us you mean…” Racheal pushed Cindy who was almost in my arms already to the side and held me so tight in her arms. And after some seconds, she pulled away slightly holding me by the shoulder.   “I miss you baby girl, I really do.” She emotionally began to say, looking me straight into the eye, she was about to lean in for a peak when Helen pushed her away.   “You miss her or you’re glad she earned you some cash by winning the bet for you.” Helen declared and embraced me.   “What do you mean?” I asked with my lips wide a gap in surprised on what I just heard. Cindy couldn’t wait for her turn for the hug and she came into the grip together with Helen, I so missed this moment and allot of times we have had such hugs came running down my head and it was really nice being in the midst of this beautiful ladies and why or how I grew out of the bond because of my job that if I am being asked anytime anywhere, my honest response will be that I am not fulfilled in this line of job.   “Alright, alright, let’s get going, our flight is in ten minutes.” Racheal announced waving her fingers in the air.   “Not before I get an explanation of what the bet I helped you won is all about.” I refuted looking keenly at the ladies especially Cindy, not just because she was the one I helped win a bet I don’t know about but also because her outstanding beauty keeps attracting my gaze towards her.   “Well it seems I was the only one with higher hopes and assurance that you will actually be coming this time” Racheal began to explain.   “So, you mean you they betted against the odds of me coming for the wedding?” I pretended to be angry as I looked at the other two ladies.   “Actually Cindy waged on you coming also, but wasn’t sure you will be able to meet up for some of the planned out events” Helen explained.   “But you should trust me, I am really really amazed and happy you here.” Helen explained as she followed behind Racheal who was now already moving ahead.   We walked and started chatting and making all kinds of noise in the airport waiting area down to the front of the clearance officer, honestly I was amazed how I was easily integrated back to the group without much fuss, questions kept coming at me, they wanted to know what’s happening and what has been happening in my life. It was a topic I really do not want us to talk about and I was glad they shifted attention away from me quickly and I was the one who is now trying to catch up, many In house jokes I had to catch up on.   “Alright ladies, you’ve got twenty minutes to meet me at the dinner situated on the roof of this building” Racheal announced immediately we arrived at the hotel we will be staying for the wedding and we all going to settled in our respective lodge, obviously she was the captain of this wedding ceremony.   “Okay ma’am…” I responded in a military manner pointing my right hand towards my forehead in a salute.   “Ohkay, the uniform lady is making her presence felt.” Helen announced commenting on my manner of response to the announcement.   “I am serious ladies, if you not there on time, the train will move on without you” Racheal made the instruction clear.   “Hey! It’s just a welcome lunch for the guests coming, punctuality shouldn’t be something we should mandate”. Cindy pointed out as she stepped into her own lodge.   Twenty five minutes later I was already out of my room, I just used the toilet to freshen up myself, I didn’t really need to take a bath, so I just stood under the shower to rinse off the sweat on one me and I jumped into a skimpy denim bump short and a black top with a very short arm.   “Oh yeah, you the uniform buddies are very strict with time, I can’t be surprised you are the first to come out” Helen  called out as she walked out of her room.   “Well, there was really nothing to hold me up in the room” I said with a chuckle as I moved my attention from my phone to her completely.   “Yeah, you still the no need for makeups lady I can see.” She pointed out making me remember I had not applied even a simple lip gloss.   “Oh yeah…” I couldn’t process much words out of my head at that point in time.   “So tell me, hope you’ve got someone you together with?” she asked as we moved to go get a lift to the rooftop where we would be having the meal.   “Got someone to for what?” I enquired to be clarified on what the question was about, even though the question was totally clear and I know exactly what she was asking about.   “Yeah, you know… a man…” she said carefully choosing her words, just in case the question will be touching something that will hurt me.   “Oh that, well… nothing really serious yet” I told her trying to make gestures that will make her understand to drop the topic.   In a very short while, we are on the roof top and it didn’t take any superpower power to identify the reserved table for the wedding guests, some of the tables were already being occupied as other wedding guests have arrived already.   “Take that one over there.” Rachel popped out pointing at the table at the edge still maintaining her position and role as the alpha of parties amongst us.   “We will need not to be seen by everyone immediately they step onto the roof” she gave a reason for her choice noticing the way I and Helen looked at her.   “Okay…” Helen quietly said as she nods her head and we walked towards the chosen table.   “And where is Cindy?” she asked irritatingly.   “And the groom to…. Where is he” she asked turning around not finding him on any of the seats.   “Can you just calm down Racheal… like she said, it just a welcome lunch and nothing more” I said pointed out to Racheal to calm her down.   “Oh yeah, I am calm…” she said as she seated on the table and had a big gulp from the glass of wine in front of her.   “I am just worried we will be running late for our spa appointment” she began to explain.   “Here they come…” Helen announced as she pointed at Dave and Cindy as they appeared out of the elevator with allot of entourage whom are all friends of Dave obviously.   “Ladies and gentlemen, please rise up on your feet to welcome the two reasons why we are gathered here today.” Racheal announced to the whole gathering raising a glass of wine.   The whole guest rose up to their feet and the claps were resonating even though the guests were not really that a crowed, it was a very joyful scene to behold. I won’t say I didn’t envy the sight before me, I soo wanted it, especially after I looked around, and I noticed that both Helen  and Racheal are now standing in the arms of some really god looking men, I need no soothsayer to tell me that they are standing we their hubbies.   ‘If I really want to keep my friends, I need to get married’ I murmured to myself as I took a sip from my glass.
