“It’s either you let me leave now and be with the baby later, or I’ll terminate the pregnancy,” I replied, my voice firm.
Conrad was out of his mind if he thought that he would successfully blackmail me with his father’s health. I didn’t hate Conrad’s father, but I didn’t care enough to stay back because his health was deteriorating.
He wasn’t exactly my biggest fan. He didn’t cause me much trouble but I could tell that he wasn’t happy that Conrad ended up with me.
