The truth was that I didn’t want to terminate the pregnancy, I couldn’t do something like that. It was against everything I believed in.
I knew I could never go through with it. It was a sin. I only said it because I wanted to push Conrad away. I wanted him to forget about getting back with me, because it was never going to happen.
Even if I was pregnant with his child, it didn’t mean that we had to get back together with each other. He was a terrible person and he didn’t deserve a second chance with me.
I didn’t want to get dragged into his life because of the unborn baby.
Conrad scoffed. “You’re not going to terminate the pregnancy. Even though you hate me so much, my baby didn’t do anything to you.”
