I get up early to get ready for the wedding. I plan on being the first one to arrive at Black River. Mom mentioned that Rae and her mom were arriving early with the cake, so this would be the perfect time for me to talk to her without others around. I can get her all to myself.
Everyone has to wear black, so I shower and get my black pants, shirt, tie and jacket on. Shoes last. I comb my hair. I should have probably gotten a trim or something, but Rae always loved my long hair when we were younger. She seemed to like it when I was all up in her, so I am hoping she still likes it today. "Thank our parents and the mood goddess that they didn't make you ugly," my wolf jokes.
I decide to just put my hair up in a man-bun. I don't want to hear the older women complaining about my hair
