Celine stood between Max and Kyle as they waited for a car to come to pick them up. She had healed faster than normal but the two men were not letting her return to the resort. Instead, she was being taken to Kyle's home in Wolf's Glen.
"I think I'll be fine. I just want to relax," she stated to the two men once more.
"You can do that at my place," Kyle said, "It's large enough, and Max will be with you to get you through these next few days."
Celine blew a raspberry, normally she would be walking off and rolling her eyes.
Max just let out a small chuckle at her response. He seemed the lighter of the two. He had her laughing at jokes while she had been laid up in the hospital bed. Kyle normally would sit quietly scrolling through his phone or taking phone calls.
"Hey Max, do you think Kyle is top or bottom?" Celine asked with a cheeky grin.
"Bottom," Max replied instantly. The reply earned a growl from Kyle.
The car they were waiting for pulled up and Kyle opened the door gesturing for Celine to get in. Max went around to the opposite side and got in so that when Kyle followed Celine in they sandwiched her between the two of them.
"Gee, you would think I was being kidnapped," Celine muttered, as she relaxed into the interior leather seats, "By two hunks and an uber."
Max leaned close and whispered, "We are kidnapping you,"
His close proximity and his breath along her ear made shivers run down her spine. He smelled like pine and whiskey. Kyle's scent was musk with a blend of cinnamon. Both scents drove her crazy.
She needed to cool herself down before she jumped these two men and did something naughty.

Kyle listened to Max and Celine talk while he browsed the emails he had been getting from pack members he had sent out to look for the rogue.
So far there wolf was being quite evasive, and nothing was working. Just when someone thought they had him, he was gone again.
Running a hand through his hair he eyed his mate through the corner of his eyes. She was laughing at something Max was saying and it pleased him to hear the joyful sound. He wasn't the jokester, he took his role as Alpha seriously.
Right now his mind was on finding the damn rogue who had attacked Celine before it attacked someone else. Next would be trying to keep Celine in Wolf's Glen so that he and Max could have their mate.
The car pulled up to his home just on the outskirts of Wolf's Glen, the gates swung open in welcome. He studied Celine's reaction to his home.
She looked mildly interested as she tried to see the various flower beds his Gardner had planted. There were a few statues as well that stood out. One of a wolf, one of a pair of wolves, and another of a pair of pups. The moment the car stopped they got out and let Celine take a good look at what Kyle hoped would be her new home.
"Wow, this is beautiful. So well kept," breathed Celine as she bent to smell a group of lilies that were planted along the paved driveway.
"My Gardner suggested the lilies," remarked Kyle, "He lives just next door actually and had the greenest thumb I had ever seen. The man can grow anything."
Celine moved off and Max inched closer to him.
"I already moved my stuff here," he murmured, "Do you think we'll be able to convince her to stay?"
"We have to. She is our mate," Kyle murmured back, as they followed Celine at a distance.
"I wondered if you would be wigged out by the fact that she is mine as well," commented Max, "I mean, I know we have had some women together. But, normally we never touch the same woman at the same time."
"I didn't think I would want to share," Kyle agreed, "But somehow it just seems right that you and I would have the same luck. She is beautiful."
Max nodded and rushed to catch up to Celine who currently was making her way towards the front door to his home.
She looked so right standing there in front of his home. Their home.
------
Celine was impressed by Kyle's home. It looked like a random home, aside from the gated fence and large yard. The house itself was a modest four-bedroom home. The walls were pale-colored making the house bright with natural light from the windows. There was a balcony looking out over the backyard.
The woods lined the whole backyard which gave a sense of privacy and freedom. Max followed behind her, letting her explore at her leisure.
"What do you think?" Max asked softly.
"It's impressive," she replied with a smile.
"Would you consider staying here?" Max inquired with a hopeful tinge to his voice.
"I don't know Max, honestly. This is all new to me. I mean I just turned into a werewolf, two men are claiming I am theirs and I have a job in the city." she declared softly, "I need time to proecess everything."
Max nodded. She turned to face Kyle who was leaning against the jamb between the hallway and the kitchen. His arms crossed over his chest and his gaze glued to her and Max. She wondered what was going through his head. His face gave away nothing.
"You have a beautiful home Kyle," she remarked, "I've always loved suburban living."
Kyle gave her a small grin and pushed off the doorway to approach her.
He reached out and smoothed a stray strand of hair from her face.
"I'm glad you like it," he stated, "You can do whatever you like. Max will help with anything you need while I get back to the resort."
Celine smiled softly, she was going to enjoy her time unpacking her bags which she had seen in the spare bedroom upstairs.
Kyle leaned in and kissed her cheek, gave Max one last glance then turned and left the living room.
Max waited a bit then turned to Celine, a cheeky smile on his lips.
"So hun, what do you want to do right now?" he asked wiggling his eyebrows playfully.
"I guess unpack," stated Celine, "Then maybe we can walk around outside for a while."
"Uh-uh. Doc says you have to take it easy. You've been on your feet since we checked you out of the hospital," denied Max, "So instead. I vote for movies and popcorn."
Celine chuckled, "Okay deal."
Max ushered her up the stairs saying he would start on the popcorn and asked what seasoning she liked the most. She loved Smokey BBQ so he agreed to see if he could make it for her.
Upstairs she unpacked her clothes, taking her time. The smell of the popcorn wafted upstairs and her stomach grumbled in protest. She had had only a light lunch earlier at the hospital.
She was just at the top of the stairs when Max appeared at the bottom.
"I was just going to call you down. Popcorn is ready and movies are waiting for selection," stated Max.
Celine joined him in the living room once more and browsed over the movies. Mostly horror or light comedy. She selected the Friday the 13th movie and took a seat on the couch while Max popped the DVD into the player then with a large bowl of popcorn between them they watched the screen.
