Dad told me that he is going to tell me all that I needed to know, and all that he hid. But the pack house is silent ever since he told me that he is going to reveal a lot. No one has said a word.
"Shall I go upstairs if it's that private?" Gigi asks. Like the good girl that she is.
"No no, Gigi. You can stay," dad says and I resist my urge to roll my eyes. Because the situation here wouldn't let me.
"I guess by now you've met your mother a few times," dad says and I nod.
