“Sooooo how did the date go?” Piper asked over the phone. I was sprawled out on my bed at my parents house, wishing I was still at Nathan’s apartment.
“Honestly it was great, until he got weird.”
“What do you mean?” I could hear the seriousness in her voice.
“I have a lot to tell you.”
“Spill the tea, girl.” And so I did, well most of it. I told her all about what happened between Nathan and I at the party. What happened between us while I was caring for him, editing out the part about Mr. Martin. Nathan was still the only person to know about that. I told her everything about the date with Josh and how he acted like a total creep. She explained in detail how she’d remove his balls, I got a good laugh out of that. Then I told her about last night, every detail.
