The drive was silent. Seren swaying back and forth, anxious. Lexi reached out and placed her hand on Seren's, wanting to sooth her but they were unsure what was coming. Part of Lexi hoped that the body was Alpha Gavin. At least they already knew he was dead. They had watched that unfortunate event. At least it meant no one else was dead and Seren could still hold on to that hope her father and oack were still alive. They drove out of the City and up to a steep mountain.
