Not even 15 minutes into the movie she was falling asleep. Is it healthy for a human to sleep this much? I just wanted to talk to her...
My phone vibrates on the side table, i contemplate just leaving it alone but it could be mother and i can't trust her not to come here and cause a scene.
I grab my phone and step out of the bedroom.
"Marrissa"
"Hey love what's up we haven't talked in a while what are you up to?" She drawls.
"I'm working" i snap.
"Come on darlin i miss you "
"We'll talk some other time " i can't focus as i make my way to the bedroom, her heart rate spiked and she's saying something i don't understand. Just as i hang up she screams and I'm by her side shamefully fast.
She bolts up looking around, her wide brown eyes find my face and she just cries, i sit down beside her and let her lean into me, she's shaking. I don't talk i just pull her closer.
I don't know how long we stay that way but she starts to relax and her breathing evens out.
I am beginning to feel like i am not in control when it comes to this girl.
