I was distracted all day. I was doing my best to coach my men into victory but my head and my heart were with Kenzi, worried that something might happen to her. Chase kept hounding me, saying we should be protecting Kenzi ourselves. I knew I couldn't do that. Steve may be delusional in thinking he can have Kenzi back, but he isn't stupid. He won't make a move if I'm there. I had to trust my warriors would protect her. I had to walk a fine line today. On top of the plan to catch Steve, I also needed to make a good impression on the visiting packs. If we appeared weak today it could jeopardize our alliances with them, and we didn't want that.
