Alex:
Both doctors are waiting for me at the front door when I arrive. They rush me to an observation room, where I lay Kenzi down gently on the stretcher.
"What happened?" Dr.Sam asks as Dr. Cassandra lifts Kenzi's shirt and proceeds to do an ultrasound of her abdomen.
"I don't know. She just started screaming and collapsed" I say, panicked.
"She has a placental abruption. We need to do a c-section right now if we want to save them." Dr. Cassandra adds before grabbing the stretcher and rolling it away. I go to follow them when Dr.Sam stops me.
"You need to let us do our job. If you get in the way, we might not be able to save her."
"She's my mate!" Chase screams at him.
"As soon as we are done operating on her, you will get to see her. Until then, please stay here. We will update
