The days turn to night and, sure enough, the sun rises again yet Kenzi still hasn't woken up. Jackson has given me some time off. He knew I wouldn't be able to concentrate on work right now and I had no desire to stay away from Kenzi. I had a crib moved into Kenzi's room at the clinic so I could tend to Lily while staying close to Kenzi. My parents have been stopping by on a daily basis. My mom has been a huge help teaching me how to properly take care of my daughter. I was so scared of breaking her the first few times I changed her diaper. My little princess is so tiny. She only weights 6 pounds. I'm getting the hang of it now though, and I enjoy giving her her bottle and watching her fall asleep, curled up in the crook of my arm.
