Go kart race, carousel, bowling… I was on a high, I had forgotten whatever worries were on my mind, I felt an adrenaline attack that I didn’t know I needed. I had lost track of time and I decided not to care, this was my first time being out in the city without Cassius’ predatory eyes.
“I’m feeling hot, let’s take a break” I breathed exhaustively, strolling out of the bowling alley trying to catch my breath. “Oh my God, I’m really so hot, are the air conditioners even working?”
