The Orphan

Chapter 06- The Traitor's Identity

As Enola delved deeper into the mystery, she began to suspect that someone close to her was hiding secrets. She discovered a cryptic message that hinted at a traitor within her own circle. The message read: "Beware the one who wears two faces."

With a heavy heart, Enola set out to uncover the truth, unsure of who to trust. She began to investigate her allies, searching for any signs of deception. She discovered a hidden journal belonging to one of her closest friends, revealing a shocking truth.

The friend, who had been by her side throughout the journey, was secretly working for The Architect. Enola felt betrayed and heartbroken, but she refused to let her emotions cloud her judgment.

She confronted her friend, who revealed a complex web of motivations and justifications. Enola listened, trying to understand why her friend had betrayed her. But in the end, she knew that she had to take a stand.

Billy (the stranger) offers her to stay in his apartment, since Enola didn't had any place to live in, she chose nothing but to stay at Billy's apartment.

"Uhh.. Enola, my name is Billy and I have only one room so, you can sleep on the bed and I.. uh can sleep on the couch."

"Oh.. no I'm already startled, I don't really know what might be going on in my orphanage because of my sudden disappearance and you were my classmate so this is awkward but I can sleep on the couch, I don't want to discomfort you."

On the other hand, in the orphange there was a whole other hussle and bustle. Samantha- her close partner (not as we say BFF because she never let anyone be her friend, she wasnt like this from the beginning but ever since she became a part of the orphanage) knew that she had left for something reasonable, because she was very wise.

Sometime later, Samantha was laying in her bed when she found a rustled note saying:

"Say goodbye to Enola".

She didn't knew how did a note so late at night was kept in her bed, so she threw it in the bin and kept quite about it.

Billy's apartment:

Enola had already slept on the couch, and Billy was awake, he was wandering in the room trying to figure out something, and then he takes a look at Enola sleeping uncomfortably on the couch. Billy leans onto Enola, he held her in his arms and accidentally trips on something that causes Enola to lay on the bed and Billy laying over her. He quickly gets up so he doesn't get distracted and thinks about it all night.
