The Next Day
I got a job yesterday. It turned out that the diner where I went to have lunch yesterday were in need of a waitress so I applied and I was hired immediately. I was happy when I got the job because then, I wouldn't have to move about in search of a job and I wouldn't also have to stay at home all day, doing nothing.
I just got out of the shower and I got dressed in a white top and blue jeans with black shoes. When I was done dressing up, I packed my hair into a high ponytail and put on a bit of makeup. After everything, I fetched my new uniform which I was given by the owner of the diner yesterday and I put it inside my bag along with a couple of other things. While arranging the stuff into the bag, I saw a gold bracelet. I picked it up and stared at it
