Three days passed. Quinn hadn’t spoken to Ryan. She didn’t want him to think she was avoiding him. Sunday morning brunch was an acceptable thing for friends to do. Not knowing whether he’d worked until closing, she decided a text was a good form of contact. If he was still asleep, it would be easy to ignore a text. She sent one word: Brunch?
