Chapter 3: New Home

You see, this world is a dangerous and cruel place. There may be over 100 biomes on this planet, some of which that are yet to be explored. 1/7 of the planet is inhabitable for yet unknown reason. The people that lived or live there are deformed and sick. Most of the residents there do not reach old age and die of an unknown illness. The countries agreed to not let people live there. Only couple of them disagreed. They did not want to lose their territory, even though they knew the local people would die from sickness.

There are many monsters, thieves, and murderers outside of the city. For people that are traveling, the countries built main roads where they would move. They are protected by guards and adventurers.

 Rekkas parents knew that they will soon find out about his powers and wanted to move out in place where they could live safe and protected. They chose the town Oxwood where demi humans and humans coexisted peacefully. It was quite far and it would take a long time to get there in a cart, so they would drop to nearby villages for a place to stay for the night. They thought that townsfolk would just consider him as another demi human and would not pay attention to him. Despite the fact they were in hiding, parents were excited that they would lead a better lifestyle and had a sum of money.

The two moons started to shine. It started to get dark, so they visited by a nearby village. They rented a room for 100 silver and took important belongings inside; such as money, clothes, food etc. After they fully moved in, they went to bed cuddling with Rekka and fell asleep.
