Kira slumped in a plastic chair beside Detective Nick Foster’s desk at the La Valentia PD precinct. Her head nodded and her eyes burned from lack of sleep. She had already given her statement and called Rob to give him an update. She had revealed her findings of the tampering of the Wrights’ security camera, the security footage from the coffee shop, the link to the now defunct Judas Plumbing & Electric website, and the abandoned warehouse that had been registered to the IP address. She had left out any mention of Trevor’s gambling debt, Stephanie’s stalker Derek Grant, Rob, or Ace and his dead men.
