After 10 minutes Jonas was back in my hospital room. Elijah was the first to speak “Jonas I know that your alpha has stated you are to be stripped of your title as head warrior and cast out as rogue but the future queen has had another idea” Jonas looked at me and raised his eyebrow like he was unsure where this talk was going. Isaiah continued “The future queen has suggested you return back to the pack with us, as her Gamma and personal warrior and protector. You will be with her at any time me and Elijah are not. Is this something you would be interested in?” Jonas’ eyes shot open and he couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Jonas stared at Aurora and ran over to the side of the bed his eyes open in shock could this really be happening he couldn’t believe it he won’t have to be a rogue “are you sure princess? there could be other warriors there better than me?” Jonas wanted to ensure she thought about this decision even though he could think of no better place to be than to keep his process safe, his choice daughter as he never had any children before his mate died, he just wanted to make sure she was sure. “Jonas there is no one in this world I would trust more than you with my safety. I mean it I want you with me will you accept the offer?” Jonas was fighting back the tears when he heard 2 growls coming from the side of room and immediately backed away. Aurora smirks as her mates were growling at her protector as he was holder her a little tighter now staring into her eyes to make sure she had no second thought about this decision. “Yes, I accept this honor” Jonas says confidently to my mates.
At that moment in walks the doctor with his nurse with my discharge paper. As we are werewolves, we heal fairly fast, the only reason that I’m still stuck here is because of the venom that was coursing through my body. Tala hasn’t spoken to me in a few hours she is exhausted from healing me and is curled up sleeping in the back of my mind. The doctor comes in “How are you feeling Aurora?” “Hi Dr. Foster I am feeling much better now thank you, Tala is exhausted and sleeping right now but I do not feel pain anymore and my side has healed up nicely.” Dr. Foster walked over and started to take off the gauze from my ribs and hip. There was a deep growl that shook the hospital room. Dr. Foster looked over to my mates and shook his head “I have to check the wound site and ensure it is not infected and has healed properly as Aurora stated so she can go home. Or do you wish for her to stay here another night?” both men looked at each other and put their heads down. Dr. Foster just chuckled. “Mates, and Princes none the less they are worse than Alphas so possessive of their mates” Dr. Foster said in a joking voice and the princes just smirked “We just like her to smell of us and no one else to touch her she is ours” said Isaiah huffing like he was a stubborn child. Aurora was just sitting back watching as this unfolded. She couldn’t help but notice how the princes’ muscles were showing underneath their tight shirts. They looked like Greek gods just came down from the sky and into her life. Could she really be leaving today, finally leaving the hell she has called a life for the last 3 years. She almost didn’t believe it.
Dr. Foster finished inspecting her side and as she stated it was healing up nicely and she was able to be discharged.
Aurora
After Dr. Foster gave me the good news, I sat in the bed for a moment realizing I had nothing to change into. I glanced to Jonas still a little nervous around my mates even though I am starting to get more comfortable with them. Instead of mind linking Jonas like I normally would I decided I needed to start to trust my mates so I spoke out loud about my concern. “Hey Jonas could you run back to my room and get me some clothes to wear? Mine are covered in blood and I would love to shower and get out of here as soon as possible.” Jonas being Jonas answered fairly quickly “Yes princess I will go and grab your clothes but I think one of your mates should come along, As we know I am to be made a rouge and if I run into Alpha Elias I would prefer to have someone with me to be able to bring you your clothes if I am brought to the border on sight” This time I was the one who let out a growl. What is his problem can’t he see that this is all connected and that I am not a murderer the evidence is in front of his face and Jonas doesn’t deserve that after his years of loyalty to the pack. My mates looked at each other like they were trying to figure out who was going to leave me and who was going to stay.
Elijah spoke first “I will go with you Jonas as much as I would love to stay here with my mate, I think I should be the one to field any discussions with Alpha Elias if he decides to turn up and cause a problem. If Isaiah goes, he may just snap his neck after everything that has transpired.” Isaiah is standing next to me at this point stroking my arm sending tingles through my body with a smirk on his face. He turns to them “Aye its not my fault he likes to speak out his ass and cant see the facts in front of him. As well if he threatens or even attempts to hurt or touch my mate again, I wont hesitate to kill him” with that Jonah and Elijah shook their head. Yes, much better if Isaiah stays here with me and out of trouble. Isaiah spoke again “ Hey Elijah can you bring dad back with you when you come as well. I think its time he meets out mate now that she is feeling better and we can fill him in on everything that has happened and the fact we will also be bringing Jonas back with us.” “Yeah I think that is a great idea and we should plan to leave as soon as possible. Aurora is there anything you want us to grab from your room or pack for you? That way once you are showered and changed we can just head out.”
