Chapter 22 The next day seemed like a normal day. I went into work and finished my wrap-up from the kaizen. Everything had gone really well. I was putting together the finishing touches on my presentation for the next staff meeting when my phone rang. “Hi Lexi,” Stephanie said. “Do you have a few minutes to come to my office today?” “Sure, Stephanie,” I said, dreading the conversation that was about to take place.
