Twinkling Regret.
"The one thing that you regret in 2020?" A blog posted on the timeline.
I felt the urge to comment.
"Two months ago I was diagnosed with the Covid virus and hospitalized for 21 days. Everyone said I would be clean soon as my body is adequate to fight the virus."
Seems like the blogger was active.
"That's your regret?" It asked.
I was shocked by the quick response but I planned to answer anyway.
"Nope!" I answered.
"No family to take care of, No siblings to fight with, No friends to motivate. Isolated as I've never been yet."
"Oh! I'm listening." The blogger replied.
It seemed it got kind of hooked with my comment.
"There was this doctor assigned to me whose face was always covered with a mask and PPE suit. But his eyes twinkle every time which pretty distracted me a lot. His voice was never clear whenever he instructed. But I found it quite calming than my own parent's voice I listen on phone every time. He never really spend more than 10 minutes with me but I'm sure he smiled for me under his mask. His lips might be covered but his eyes twinkled whenever he smiled.
"Okay?" the blogger was eager to know.
"Yes! I regret never getting the name of those twinkling eyes owner."
