In a virtual forest covered by tall trees, with only the moonlight cascading downward as the only source of light, two people could be seen facing off, one of them was tall huge, and muscular, while the other one was smaller in body size, and had strange aurora colored eyes that were glowing, in the dark.

And by the side another person was there, watching the two of them astutely,

After exchanging blows with the old student, Kiran was injured, and his hand felt numb, he finally decided to use his full abilities and strength in the fight, or he will probably end up dying.

He willed all his elemental energy, out of his body, his body was suddenly covered by aurora-colored light, with little flickering flames at the end.

"Is this a light show or something?" the huge old student said laughing, mocking Kiran, as he saw aurora colored light covering Kiran's entire body,

Kiran didn't bother answering him, he had already signaled Silas to attack whenever he saw an opportunity.

The huge student also activated his elemental energy as he saw how serious Kiran had become, he was a veteran when it comes to fighting to the death, he had even killed people even before he entered the Academy, he knew you had to use your full strength even when killing a rabbit, less it runs away.

Kiran and Silas looked in wonder, as they saw the huge old student, who had grown almost two times bigger, his entire body and skin were covered in grey color, his muscles thick like stone.

"Are you going to run,"

Kiran could feel how strong the student was, after the student activated his basic elemental ability, he would definitely die if he did not think of a way to fight the old student.

Silas who was by the side was completely petrified as he saw the old students transformation, he had completely lost any zeal of attacking the student,

Kiran looked at him shaking his head, he could understand how he felt, so he did not blame him.

Kiran brought out his sword, activating his elemental ability and covering it with the aurora-colored elemental energy, the whole sword became aurora-colored, with slight flames flickering at the end of it.

He rushed toward the student, brandishing his sword, the huge old student, didn't bother defending Kiran's s***h, he just threw a punch toward the sword, as the punch and the punch met, a creaking sound was heard, and Kitan sword had started bending from the force of the enormous hand, Kiran was later pushed back after some seconds.

Kiran's hand felt numb from the exchange, even as he was using the sword. The only thing that made him feel a bit better, was that he could see the earth covering the student's hands were melting from the heat from his elemental energy.

The huge student was now beginning to take Kitan seriously, he had tried every method to put off the little light flame, which had attached to his arm after the exchange with Kiran, the weird elemental energy was melting his earth elemental energy covering his hands, he had to completely discard the elemental energy at that particular part of his hands before be could get rid of the elemental energy, this had reduced the total elemental energy he had.

The huge student had become angry after that exchange, so this time around he was the one that charged towards Kiran, he brought a pair of gauntlets and equipped them into his hand before he attacked.

Kiran used his sword once again to meet the attack, this time he was almost sent flying, and his elemental energy had just made a little damage on the huge students gauntlets, seeing this the huge student didn't give Kiran time to take a breath, before attacking once again, with each punch increasing the intensity of his punch.

Kiran had no choice but to dodge, he would always will some of the energy covering his body into his legs to dodge, with speed.

"Are you a monkey, let's see how much longer you can keep running" the high student said angrily.

He had been frustrated from Kiran's incessant dodging and refusing to meet him face to face.

After the huge student was tired of running around trying to attack Kiran, he looked over at Silas

As he finished his sentence Silas who had not moved since the beginning of the fight, finally moved toward the student.

The huge student had thought Silas was coming to help him but was surprised that as the two knives on Silas's hand streaked towards his chest, the knives moved too fast he could not dodge, the knives embedded themselves in his chest, penetrating his earth elemental cover and injuring his body he dropped on one knee, blood dripped from the wound.

"You…"

The huge student manage to scramble a blow towards Silas, and he was sent flying, Kiran could not miss this opportunity, he pushed all his elemental energy into his leg, he zoomed towards the student with an unimaginable speed, the student tried defending his body with his hands, but he had become weaker due to the injury,

So Kiran was already in front of him before he could manage to defend, Kiran willed back his energy into his hands, immediately after activating blink, he made a sword strike into the wound created by Silas's wound, that area was the only place that was unprotected by the earth elemental energy covering the student, his sword pierced the student chest without obstruction, and a deep wound was created on the students, chest, Kiran didn't draw out the sword, but once again directed his elemental energy from his hand towards his sword.

And the aurora light elemental energy entered into the student's body through the sword that was stabbed into his chest. The elemental energy burned the student's innards together with the student's heart.

Kiran drew back his sword, and the student entire body got caught in aurora-colored flames until he was burned to ashes.

Kiran finally heaved a sigh of relief after the old student had disappeared, he went to where Silas had been sent flying by the huge student, Silas was already standing up, when Kiran reached his location, he wasn't that injured, he had prepared for the attack from the student.

Kiran was about to give Silas the point for killing the student because without Silas's silent attack they would have been no way, he would have managed to kill the student, but Silas declined.

"Take the point, as payment for the stress I caused you earlier"

Kiran was kind of surprised as Silas rejected the point, He could see this was probably the first point Silas would have gained but he rejected it.

Kiran now had a total of two points, getting this second point, had really stretched all the power and effort from his body, it was not as easy as the first point he had gotten, he could not help but guess if the old student he would meet further into the tournament would bee as difficult and strong as the huge old student.

He stayed there gifted with Silas until he retained most of his elemental energy before they both went their separate way.

Kiran could have liked to team up with Silas, with the combination of their elemental abilities they would have made a lot of points, but he could see, Silas was someone just like himself, who liked working alone, so he did not bring it up.

Kiran had chosen a direction that led deeper into the forest, on the way he had managed to meld himself with the forest and was almost undetectable, you had to be near him, to discover him,

He had willed a bit of his elemental energy into his leads activating blink, so he always moved swift, fast, and soundless, he had seen some new students on his way, but he did not bother showing himself, he passed them as soundlessly as he came.

He used most of his elemental energy on his eyes, trying to find any old student, he had been moving now for some minutes but had not managed to find any old student.

"Did I go the wrong way" he had been puzzled how he did not meet any more students on his way, he had even directed the entirety of his elemental energy towards his eyes, looking farther deeper into the forest, trying to see if he could see any student.

He felt a familiar headache hit him, as he was looking around deeper into the forest, this was the headache he had always felt whenever she had depleted the elemental energy inside his body.

He finally stopped moving and decided to rest in other to recover his lost elemental energy, but before that, he decided to use the eye scanning ability once again, trying to make sure, he really was the only one here, because right now he didn't really have enough elemental energy to survive a serious fight, and surprisingly he saw he saw a disturbance created, by what he figured out was two students.

He moved slowly towards their direction, they were far away from him, so he used the time to slowly recover his elemental energy before he reached the location of the students,

As Kiran reached about 400 meters to their location even though the sight was covered by trees and leaves, he could still make up the silhouettes of a student, but he did not see the other student.

By now he had recovered a third of his elemental energy. So he increased his speed a bit, a minute later he was 300 meters away from the location of the student, and soon reached the 200 meters also, by now he was able to see the distance ahead a bit clearer than previously,

When he reached the 100 meters to the location he finally stopped, he was actually surprised by the scene in front of him, they were actually three students here, one was an old student while the other two were new students.

And he knew both of the new students who had joined together to fight this old student.

The current person attacking the old student was the ever arrogant Jiang Zhi, Kiran would have shunned this fight if it was only Jian Zhi, fighting, but fighting together with him was Leo Richard, one of the new friends Kiran had made during the Academy. He didn't know how the two of them ended up together fighting a strong old student.

Kiran send his sense towards the old student's boy, and just as he expected the student would not have time to check who was intruding on his body, and just like that Kiran found out the new student was in the 9 the level basic evolution real, which was a lot higher than the level of both Jiang Zhi and Leo's strength.

Lightning flashed from Jiang Zhi's hand and was rushing toward the old students, and by the side, Leo was holding a long blade, preparing an attack, as the lightning strikes the old student, he felt numb, and could not attack for some seconds, as if planned by both student, Leo attacked with his blade, almost injuring the old student before he withdraws once again, the old student was just too powerful.

After Kiran observed their fight for some time, he finally managed to figure out what was going on.

The old student wasn't really putting his all into fighting the new students, he always managed to dodge whenever they attacked, but some attacks would always manage to hit him.

Whenever an attack hit him, the place where the wound was in, on his body would soon glow green before the wounds would heal instantly.

Kiran was surprised by this elemental ability, this was an overpowered ability, the old student would always heal himself faster than injuries afflicted on him,

With this they were no how the two students would defeat the old student, he was totally undefeatable.

"This is the craziest elemental ability I have seen so far, this is literarily cheating"

Kiran thought as he watched the fight.

He actually felt his fighting spirit rising, as he watched the fight, he would have to intervene in the fight as Leo could be considered his friend inside the Academy, and was the weakest person here, Jiang Zhi might escape from the old student, but surely Leo was going to be killed by the student.

He would have liked it, if it was only Jiang Zhi who was fighting the old student, he would have just waited till Jiang Zhi died exhausting the old student before he would attack the old student.

In a bush near their fight, a blur appeared and a shadow appeared, Jiang Zhi and Leo noticed, but the old student had not noticed because the shadow had appeared behind him.

The shadow made eye contact with both Jiang Zhi and Leo, gesturing his hand, sending them a message, they instantly understand what the shadow had explained.

Jiang Zhi activated his elemental ability using the entire elemental energy in his body, striking the old student, with all the lightening he could muster, Leo on other hand, gather his entire energy also, into his blade, even though he had not bought a basic elemental manual yet, he had learned a technique that would increase the strength of his Blade strike in exchange for all his energy.

The old student could see that the new students were making their final stand, gathering their entire energy.

"Are you guys finally tired, too bad the outcome will still be the same"

Jiang Zhi's lightning hit the old student, all the hairs on the old student's body were burned and all his body felt numb, immediately after that Leo came making slashes with the blade in his hands on the old student's body.

But it was pointless, it had not even been a minute and all the wound inflicted on the old student had almost healed.

"I told you the outcome will still be the same"

The old student said smiling as he looked toward both Jiang Zhi and Leo.

But he was surprised as he also saw a mocking smile on both of their faces.

"Wha........"

He didn't understand that Jiang Zhi and Leo had used all their energy in the last attack in other to drag the student near where Kiran was,

A shadow streaked towards the old student, and as the old student noticed something was in his back and was about to turn his face back,

"Sou"

A sharp aurora-colored sword, decapitated the student, it was a clean, fast murder, no blood was left on the knife.

Jiang Zhi and Leo looked at Kiran stupified, even though they had, done exactly what Kitan had signaled them, they didn't think it was going to be this easy, Kiran had effortlessly killed the student who they had been trying to kill all this while.
