So he kept practicing the boxing technique hoping to get it to the perfect level.

He sat cross-legged on his bed again preparing to take the body evolution liquid, after the night, he could feel his body had gotten used to the energy evolution liquid he took yesterday.

Heat, flowed into his entire body as he took the evolution liquid, the energy entered all parts of his body, he felt pains ravage his whole body, but he kept directing the energy, to his cells and then to his body.
