As Archer and I prepared to exit my room I gave my room a second look around to ensure I hadn’t forgotten anything important. Once I was for certain I walked out behind Archer closing the bedroom door. My room wasn’t. Half as big as archers but it was mine , as we headed towards the staircase, my oldest brother and the same mystery man from the office walked in the front door , with casual conversation. I looked back at Archie with a confused look but Archie eyes were focused on the door way. He placed his hand on my lower back and sparks filled my spine ,we descend the stairway and the mystery man and I made direct eye contact and I instantly stumbled and my mind went back to Christmas Day ,when my father was pronounced missing,I then heard static and a man’s booming voice coming through the mind link “rai ‘ jean you’ve grown up so beautifully you look just like me and your mother” my heart crumbled as I realized this mystery man as my father. Archie caught me by my arm with a distressed look on his face, he pulled me up into him .and turnt us to my older brother and our father .my knees where weak and my stomach was turning . I then looked around to see everyone silently,quiet,calm,stunned, and confused. My brother began speaking “it’s time to have a meeting Now!” Everyone turned there attention to both my father and brother. Jhon “ yes I’ am alive and you all are my children, and I missed you guys so much” he began choking on his tears as he dropped his head.. gripping his chest . With no more words left he began sobbing it was like the hard demeanor instantly left when he began crying. I walked up to him and hugged him and began crying and everyone also began crying. The emotions hurt ,pain in the room was unbearable. In an instant my mom appeared in the room with her usual business demeanor dismissed she cried out in such a manner that the whole house shook she embraced her mate like I’ve never seen before, as they touched a forceful wave came across the room and everyone was pushed back Archer caught me gripping my waist . Wat was that ? They glowed mid embrace and my moms hair instantly grew 10 inches my fathers neat hair grew to his shoulders and there auras changed . After all the events every one seemed like they where dazed or changed in some way even myself I felt something in me change, my father and mother stood side by side as he began moving his personal things upstairs. Archie and I waited on the couch in a silent conversation for dinner. I had already told mom I couldn’t stay for dinner but she insisted on us staying anyway because of some news she had but what could she have to tell us ? Our father just came back from the dead? Archie looked at me running his hands across my arms trying to get me to calm down. Archie “ are you ok?” I shook my head giving him some kind of answer but the truth was hell no! I felt like I was day dreaming. The house cook rung the dinner bell and everyone gathered at the table. My father “ jhon” had changed into a sweat suit and gym shoes and he sat next to my mom in wad use to be his old seat although it was hard to believe my dad was back everything about him was the same his scent his birthmark this was definitely my dad but this burning question began to linger in my mind “ where have you been” . As everyone settled in we bowed our heads and prayed over dinner. Jhon “ your mother and I have a lot of explaining to do considering I’ve been gone for nearly 10 years, after the Great War I was killed and kidnapped, i then came to in a sea of water and without memory,I wandered till I found a village of wolves and was nursed back to help but I couldn’t recall who or where I was it wasn’t until 3 years ago while traveling that I ran into my mate .and I drew closer to her as Renee turned to me with tears rolling down her eyes she brought my memories back in a instant. If you are wondering why we waited so long it was because most of you were to young to bare the truth but those of age were informed. I am here to stay and I will be here forever and always I love you guys and I’ve never stopped I always felt like my core was missing until I found Renee my mate again and learned I had 14 kids then I realized I was missing my family,my wolf had been silent for years and deeply in pain, now I’m hoping to only make up for what I’ve missed” with that he began tearing up and sat down his pain was evident and seven began to whimper. And even the little kids had there lips puckered and tears coming down there faces, my mother stood up and apologized in a motherly tone I hadn’t heard from her in a long time, RENEE “ kids do not think I would ever intentionally hide or lie to you about anything your father and I had to only do what we had to as responsible parents please do not hold this and our decision against me or your father.” With that she sat down and my father instantly placed his arm around her kissing her face . Dinner was served as everyone began to ask my father questions about the Great War and old stories of us when we where babies. The room atmosphere changed from grief to the most beautiful,calm,cool environment in moments . For dinner we had our fathers favorite steak and salmon with sides greens and corn bread. It was like he never left . Archie most of the time rubbed my leg under the table I think to keep his nerves at rest as well as mine. Jhon “ Archie you’ve grown into a fine gentlemen, it’s been so long since I’ve seen your father how has he been?” Archie “ yangs been Yang he actually was just talking about you in our meeting earlier, he says you in him are like brothers” jhon “ YES my right hand ! Do you think you could leave me with his contact information we have a lot of catching up to do and a wedding to plan” jhon said with a smile . “ Im. Honored to call you my son in law and bless you in a marriage with my daughter” after we all finished our meals everyone dismissed from the table. Archie and I began to leave walking to the car, we were now on our way to his house to meet his family. Excitement was the mood for the whole ride as Archie and I engaged In conversation pretty much about how I felt about this pop up and I kinda felt Archie being worried . But why? Rai jean “ what’s wrong , why are you worried?” Archie “ well my father is not as welcoming as yours he’s Yang” Rai jean “ oh don’t worry babe I’ll be ok besides your forgetting that Yang already knows me , what’s to worry about?”
