Aubrey’s POV So the plan was that Jude and I would meet at the courthouse at 4:15, and the appointment with the judge was at 4:30. The only people coming with us to the courthouse was my mom and dad, and Jude’s father. The marriage ceremony itself would take maybe 20 minutes, and then we’d have about an hour for photos before heading back to the hotel for the ‘wedding reception’. After greeting all the out of town guests who were milling about the hotel lobby, I went in search of the hotel’s banquet coordinator. I needed to fetch my bouquet!
