Chapter Twenty-ThreeThey found the dingy secreted in a rock cave by the shore. Seaweed had been used as camouflage and it was judged that the intruders expected to return. The problem was that they had disappeared. What was more, there were no clues whatever regarding their intention. To Toby’s way of thinking drugs were out. Submarines were not for hire.
