15 One of the first things my mother had taught me was that my intuition was to be trusted. Some witches had powers of divination, and we all had some degree of heightened intuition, far more than the average human. Witches were more in tune with the workings of the universe, and even though we, like humans, had little knowledge of true reality, we occasionally were blessed with glimpses into it.
