(Layla's POV:)
The next morning, I was super happy. I kissed a boy who I believe actually liked me. He was my mystery man even though I knew his name… But I didn't really know anything about him. Tonight I wanted to get to know him and how he became a Vampire.
I sat on the edge of my bed as I smiled before touching the bracelet he had given me last night. When I touched it the pretty gem turned pink as I smiled before moving and getting dressed for the day.
I took a quick shower, jumped out and dried off before grabbing clean clothes and skipping down the stairs. The crew was inside the kitchen talking, but I was in my own little world as I skipped over to grab a simple apple as I wanted to go out and shop today for a few things I wanted for tonight.
"Layla?" Emily said a little louder
