Chapter 10. Sam & the Grumpy Old Man Bobbie Bear examined the Grumpy Old Man’s yard and remarked, “Yuck! This place is even worse than the last time we were here!” The roof of the small, wooden house sagged, and one end of the porch lay collapsed on the ground.
