I was with Nicholas in the hospital while Asher was being treated. The doctor explained to me that it was a minor injury and that he would be fine.
I paced back and forth in the hospital, while Nicholas sat and watched me. He was also worried about the situation.
"Adele, calm down. Asher's going to be fine." He tried to console me.
"How dare you? How dare you ask me to be calm, Nicholas?" I pushed him.
