Serena's Pov The night was heavy with silence when I reached the old shipyard. My footsteps echoed against the cracked pavement, each sound bouncing back like a warning. The air smelled of rust, salt, and something stale, like secrets that had been buried here for too long. I kept Adrien’s cufflink in my hand, my thumb brushing over the tiny engraving as if it could give me strength. The coordinates had led me here, and every part of me screamed it was dangerous. But if Adrien had been here, then so would I. The shipyard stretched wide, filled with rusted cranes and rows of warehouses with broken windows. Shadows moved with the flicker of the dim dock lamps.
