“Mr. Shino won’t take Kage out to feed or allow him to be in his territory,” Hikaru said as he sat on his hotel room bed.
“Why?” Kieran asked. There was laughter in the background that faded away as Kieran moved somewhere else.
“It seems like Kage caused some problems here in the past before he came to Exagora. He won’t answer our questions, but I think he was here when his incubus powers first awakened,” he explained. Hikaru glanced at the door to the other room and debated if he should tell Kieran what Mr. Shino had called Kage.
“f**k… Hockia was the last city before you entered his territory, and Alpha Winterblade made it clear that he didn’t want Kage feeding in his territory.” Kieran sounded frustrated.
