Rebirth of the moon

A young lady stood at the edge of the forest, the full moon hanging low in the sky. She felt an inexplicable pull, as if the moon was closer to her. The trees seemed to whisper secrets in the wind, and Aria's heart pounded in response.As she stepped into the forest, the trees seemed to close in around her, casting long, ominous shadows on the ground. She shivered, despite the warmth of the summer evening.Suddenly, a strange, tingling sensation coursed through her veins. Her vision blurred, and she stumbled, her hands grasping for support. The world around her began to spin, and she felt herself being pulled toward the moon.Her mind was so confused. She didn't know what was happening to her, but she felt like she was losing control. The moon's light seemed to be burning brighter, filling her with an otherworldly energy and she fell down.And then, everything went black. When she woke up, she was lying on the forest floor, her head throbbing with a dull ache. The moon was still high in the sky, but its light seemed dimmer now, as if it had retreated from her. She sat up, rubbing her temples. What had just happened? She felt like she had been pulled apart and put back together again, but she had no memory of anything significant occurring.Aria couldn't shake off the feel that something was off. She stumbled to her feet and walked through the forest ,she wandered through the forest for hours,trying to shake off the feeling of unease that had been troubling her since the full moon,she came across a clearing and saw a tall man with broading shoulders and piercing blue eyes,sitting on a rock ,gazing out at the trees.she approached him carefully,but the man noticed her presence,he looked up and smiled,putting her at ease,she came close trying to ease fear.”young lady what are you doing in this forest all alone” Lyrien asked.”i just found myself here in the forest”she responded.Whats your name Lyrien asked,she couldn't remember anything about herself,”I don't know “she said.Lyrien turned and gazed at her wondering how possible that was, Anyways am Lyrien,I come here almost everyday.”You are waiting for someone”? She asked.Yes but I don't think I will see her,it's almost impossible,but I just hope I see her.”Come sit down” Lyrien said,she sat down close to him,Lyrien looked at the moon and said this full moon signifies a reborn,the young lady had flash backs of what happened to her earlier,when she stood up and saw the full moon.she reincarnated into the body of a young lady attacked by an unknown werewolf from another order and was killed,but she waved it off. Lyrien told her stories about the full moon,As they talked she found herself feeling drawn to Lyrien in a way she couldn't explain,he was charismatic and confident with a sense of authority.”Can I call you aria,since you can't remember your name”Lyrien pleaded,”Who is aria” she asked.she was my mate ,she died years back .”Sorry for your lost”She responded,it's fine if you call me Aria,since I can't remember my name. Over the next few weeks,Aria and Lyrien grew closer,there friendship deepening with each passing moment,they go to the forest together,do most things together,Lyrien was beginning to feel he is with aria his mate ,”you behave so much like Aria”He told her,I miss her so much. Aria began to experience strange vivid dreams that left her feeling unsettled,she sees her self been a werewolf in the dream,with a tall young man with same eyes as Lyrien,they are lovers,walking through the forest ,but they will get to a point in the forest she will no longer see the man ,she will be the only one still walking in the forest and then she will wake up,Aria kept on having the same dream every night,she became disturbed by the dream until she decided to tell Lyrien about her dream.At first Lyrien was very confused,he told her that it was just a mere dream that someone can have.Arias dream continued and she keeps telling Lyrien about the repeated dream,Lyrien started having a second thought about the dream . A lonely afternoon,Lyrien was sitting alone gazing at the full moon.”Aria I wish you could come back,it's been years,am sorry for everything,am deeply sorry”Lyrien thought with a heavy heart.Lyrien’s thought flew many places,he remembered Aria’s dream and everything she said that happened in the dream,it's similar to what happened in the past between him and his mate Aria.Lyrien was so lost in his thoughts when Aria came and patted his back,he startled with fear.”I have been here for a while,you were so lost in your thoughts that you couldn't notice”Aria said.I went looking for you but you weren't home ,I knew you would be here .”Yes I wanted to ease off some thought”Lyrien responded.With a sad face Aria said Lyrien I still have that dream and this time I saw a ancient ritual that is locked by a prophecy,what does it mean? and how does it have to do with me ,Aria asked.Lyrien turned in surprise and asked,you mean in your dream you saw a locked prophecy,Lyrien looked into her eyes and started seeing his past through her,As he was staring his hands started turning to a claws and his blue eye ball became so pronounced,Aria was also staring at him confused and scared,trying to understand what was going on until Lyrien eyes returned to normal , immediately he rushed and hugged aria so tight,this must be Aria,I met her at the risen of the full moon,he thought silently.still confused aria pulled out from the hugged and Lyrien asked her if she is okay and kept mute,They left for home.Lyrien was so happy that he has finally met aria his mate from the past,he didn't tell her ,he kept the truth to himself. Weeks passed arias dream continued,she kept seeing her self as a werewolf fighting,she kept having the vision of the locked prophecy.Lyrien knew she couldn't remember her past life and that Aria was part of unlocking the prophecy and have been waiting for her reincarnation said to her,let us go and look for the ancient ritual in the forest ,it is five villages away from here,Lyrien told Aria .”what do I have to do with the locked prophecy and why am I having those dreams”Aria asked .”maybe when we unlock it you will no longer have the dream again”Lyrien said,ignoring her questions.i can't go to unlock something I know nothing about,Aria responded with a mean face.Lyrien knows that if Aria finds out she has a past life and remembers how Lyrien betrayed her that she wouldn't want to go.He tried convincing her to just follow him there.”Who knows you might stop having those dreams if we find the locked prophecy”Lyrien said.Should we go today or wait till the full moon tomorrow?Aria asked and Lyrien said tomorrow will be better it already late and the moon is almost gone .Aria agreed because of the vision she is always having,she really wanted to know what it is. The next day,at the rising of the moon Aria and Lyrien started there journey,As they walked through the forest, Lyrien pointed out different landmarks and shared stories about the ancient civilization that once thrived there. Aria listened intently, fascinated by the history and mythology of the place.But as the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the forest, Aria started to feel a strange sensation. It was as if she was being pulled toward something, but she didn't know what.Suddenly, Aria stumbled upon a clearing, and in the center of it stood an enormous stone monument. The monument was covered in ancient carvings, and Aria felt an inexplicable pull toward it.As she reached out to touch the monument, a sudden jolt of electricity ran through her body. Aria's vision blurred, and she was transported to a different time and place.Aria's heart skipped a beat as memories came flooding back. She remembered being in love with Lyrien, the way he used to make her laugh, the way he used to hold her hand ,Aria was a werewolf in her previous life and the alpha of her pack before she was betrayed and killed by her mate Lyrien,she remembered how strong and courageous she was before,Aria remembered the pain and betrayal she felt when Lyrien turned against her.she saw Lyrien and her walking in the forest on that day and the memories of how Lyrien attacked her without even saying a word ,he pinned her down to the floor trying to pierce his claws through her throat ,Aria looked at him while on the floor trying to be sure it was really Lyrien ,she couldn't even fight back,before she could say a word Lyrien had already pierce through her throat Aria's vision snapped back to the present, and she stumbled backward, gasping for air. She felt like she had been punched in the gut, the memories of her past life with Lyrien rushing back like a tidal wave.Aria's eyes scanned the clearing, and she saw Lyrien standing across from her, his eyes locked onto hers. For a moment, they just stared at each other, the air thick with tension. Then, Aria's eyes narrowed, and she took a step back. "You're...you're him," she stammered, her voice shaking with emotions ,Lyrien's expression was unreadable, but Aria could sense the guilt emanating from him. "Aria,please forgive me ,I wanted to have more power and replace you as the packs alpha” Lyrien said,trying to hold her hands,”let go of me you betrayal”Aria said in harsh tone.She turned and ran, leaving Lyrien standing alone in the clearing.As she ran, Aria's mind reeled with memories of her past life and the betrayal she had suffered at Lyrien's hands. She couldn't believe that she had been friends with him, that she had trusted him.Aria didn't stop running until she was sure she had left Lyrien far behind.
