“Bella is what?” Dale yelled through the link and out loud at the same time. “Where is she? What happened to her?”
From the corner of my eyes, I saw Rick shift, his eyes shooting wide with alarm when Dale yelled.
‘I don’t know what happened, she said she was going on a run this morning and when we found her, she was. . .’
‘Where is she?’
In the clinic right now.
Without another word, Dale ran out of the training room and I followed suit, lagging slightly behind as he ran.
When we finally got to the clinic, Dale threw the door open so hard that it bounced off the wall with a bang.
