Chapter 6 Cassius' POV: I sat in the car, waiting for Kristen to arrive. In the past few days, I had collected all the evidence regarding the elder's connection with the rogue and was preparing to take action, but I still couldn't forget about Kristen. When I thought of her again, I found myself dialing her number. "Cassius, she's coming," Leo spoke up. Without Leo's reminder, I had already spotted her in the crowd. Under the soft sunlight, she looked so beautiful. I had to admit that this girl stirred something deep within me. I opened the car door and walked towards her, wanting to greet her. But before I could get close, two passing she-wolves bumped into her roughly with their shoulders, clearly on purpose. "Who does she think she is, still wandering around school?" One of the she-wolves mocked. "Not only did she plagiarize, but she also hooked up with some dirty guy." "Please take a good look at what you are," the other she-wolf sneered. "All humans are the same, inherently inferior!" I frowned as I heard them. "What are you talking about?" I stepped forward, positioning myself in front of Kristen, looking down at the two foolish she-wolves. "We didn't say anything wrong! Everyone at school knows she plagiarized Alice's graduation project!" One of the she-wolves took a step back and raised her voice as if she wanted everyone around to pay attention to this farce. "I didn't plagiarize." Kristen's expression was blank, but I could feel that she was hurt. "Who would believe that?" The other she-wolf shouted. I felt my anger rising and stared coldly at them. "If you don't want to cause trouble, you should leave now." They didn't know me, but as the Lycan prince, I possessed an innate bloodline pressure over werewolves. Within just a second or two, they began to appear increasingly uneasy under my gaze. They might not understand why, but they could certainly feel an invisible pressure approaching them. "Humph, everyone will despise people like you. Even if you find a rogue wolf as your backup, you'll still get expelled!" Seeing the situation turning against them, the two she-wolves prepared to turn and run, still shouting. I didn't bother with those two trash. Instead, I focused on Kristen with concern. I softened my voice and asked, "Kristen, are you alright?" "I really didn't plagiarize." Her eyes were slightly red. "Alice saw my draft and published my work first, but I have no proof because I never put my guard up against her. And she also seduced Klein..." She stumbled over her words, but I understood how she felt. "I believe you, Kristen," I said. She suddenly looked up, clearly surprised. "You..." I interrupted her, taking her hand. "Call me Cassius. That's my name." I smiled at her. "Don't cry for those people anymore. Your tears are very precious. Get in the car. We're going to have a feast." I took her toward my sports car. "Okay, Cassius." Kristen called my name, but she looked a little shy, which lifted my spirits. "Wait, how did you get such an expensive car?" Kristen was startled when she saw my sports car. "Did you rent it?" I was taken aback for a moment and nodded helplessly. "Yes, I rented it. Let's go." Kristen looked at me as if I were foolish, then got into the passenger seat. I was still on a mission and couldn't reveal my identity, but I already felt that I shouldn't deceive her. "How do you plan to deal with those slandering you?" After getting in the car, I started the engine and casually asked her. "I really don't have any evidence, so I can only take it step by step. Besides, I have more important things to deal with." Kristen forced a smile, but I could tell she wasn't truly relieved. "Don't worry, everything will be fine." I discreetly took out my phone and sent a brief command to Lewis. [Take care of the plagiarism accusations against Kristen.] Lewis, my assistant for many years, knew what to do without further explanation. I believed he would give me a satisfactory solution in the shortest time possible. Achieving the goal didn't rely solely on providing evidence. "Cassius, do you really believe in me?" Kristen looked at me skeptically. "You're not just trying to make me feel better, are you?" I turned to her firmly. "No, Kristen. I believe in you because my intuition has never been wrong." These words seemed to touch her, and I could see her tense emotions gradually relaxing. I smiled and slowly parked the car outside a high-end restaurant. I got out first and opened the door for her. She hesitated a bit before placing her hand in mine, stirring something within me. "Don't worry, the food here is great," I smiled. Kristen's POV: To be honest, I didn't expect this date to go so smoothly and comfortably. After having dinner with Cassius at the restaurant, he took me for a walk by the lake. He was more charming than I had imagined. I wasn't sure how to find topics to talk about, but he never left me embarrassed and kept the conversation flowing. In this regard, he was actually the most gentlemanly and elegant man I had ever met. Compared to him, Klein instantly became an annoying little brat. However, I secretly reminded myself that his knack for charming women only highlighted that he had served many women before, and I absolutely couldn't let myself fall for him. After the walk, night fell over the city, and streetlights lit up one by one. Cassius spoke up, "Kristen, let me take you back to school. It's late, and it's not safe outside." I was a bit surprised, thinking he would take this opportunity to invite me to stay at a hotel. I thought he had asked me out just for that purpose. Although I didn't want to admit I was somewhat looking forward to it, as he was indeed good at it. But his restraint made my heart race even faster, creating an illusion that he might actually be in love with me and cherishing me. I scolded myself for being spineless. As I got into the car, he buckled my seatbelt for me. After securing it, he was about to start the engine. I looked at him and finally couldn't hold back my awkward question. "Were you really just for returning that hairpin to me?" Cassius turned to look at me, chuckled softly, and his gaze deepened. "What do you think?" His look made me feel a wave of tension but also a hint of unexpected anticipation. I couldn't help but lower my head to avoid making eye contact with him. His hand moved away from the steering wheel, and then he pulled out a gift box from his pocket and handed it to me. "Here it is, Kristen." The way Cassius called my name felt like a low piano key that made my mind momentarily go blank. I instinctively took it, staring at him foolishly as I opened the box. A luxurious diamond hairpin lay in the box. I was stunned and shook my head quickly. "This is not my hairpin! I don't even remember having such a hairpin." But Cassius gently held my wrist and looked at me seriously. "But I think it suits you very well." He picked up the hairpin and pinned it in my hair. Looking closely into his blue eyes, I felt as if there was some kind of magic that I could not resist. "So, I actually didn't lose any hairpins at all?" I leaned closer to Cassius and unbuckled my seatbelt. Cassius brushed my hair aside. "I hope this little thing can make you feel better." The atmosphere was particularly ambiguous. I thought my face must have turned bright red, but at that moment, my rationality could no longer stop me from getting closer to him. Cassius' gaze gradually became sharp. He looked me over as if he had shifted and sized up his prey, and the next second, our lips pressed together tightly. He caressed the back of my head, deepening the kiss. Meanwhile, with his other hand, he took my hand and placed it on his suit pants, and I felt a small, rising hill. "Can you help me unbutton it? Dear?" He began kissing my earlobe. I was teased to the point where my fingers trembled, but his words were like a magician's spell, enchanting me to continue step by step. I unzipped his pants, releasing his already erect member. I'm not sure what to do, but he just directly grabbed my hand and started moving his genitals up and down. The atmosphere in the car became increasingly passionate, and I fell into his arms. He lifted my skirt and whispered seductively in my ear, "Darling, do you want to sit on top?" I am slightly resistant because my reason is dissuading me. I raised my hand and pressed it against his chest, thinking to myself that he was really good at flirting. "But this is outside..." "Don't worry. I guarantee that not a single mosquito will pass by nearby, and my car windows have been specially treated so that no one can see us from the outside." My desire ultimately overcame reason. He knew exactly how to tempt me. He lifted my buttocks and let me ride on top of him as his hot genitals smoothly entered my v****a. We started making love, holding each other tightly. He was teasing me while whispering seductive words in my ear, completely dominating me, and I got lost in the sea of desire. I didn't know how long that s****l affair lasted. In the end, I collapsed exhausted on top of him, and he stroked my back. Every place he touched felt like an electric shock, making me numb. I hoarsely whispered, "Don't come inside..." I didn't want to take birth control pills, but I knew men were not trustworthy in this regard. "Okay, as you wish, babe." Cassius kissed me. He did what I told him unexpectedly, and the semen ended up on my hemline. I took a deep breath. The me from a month ago would never have believed that I would end up in bed with a werewolf other than Klein, and it was even in a car. I was a bit tired, but I knew it was not time to sleep yet. I still needed to clean my clothes. "Go to sleep, Kristen. I will take care of everything." Cassius kissed my forehead and coaxed me to sleep, and I was tempted again, gradually closing my eyes.
