The House

Comforting words from Teo were all they need to gain back their strength and beliefs with each other but it seems that Jaci, Art and Raven had different things in mind. These 3 were in the bus when the accident happened but never had mingled with the rest of the guys. They had a different world in terms of character and camaraderie. They like extremely dangerous adventures that they were playing with life itself. Johnny was the one who invited them to the group without knowing their real intentions. After the incident they never showed up not until this day.

After a good long night sleep, Jaci was complaining about the coldness of the place and wanted to step outside for cigarette. She was about to open the door when Jam tried to stop her. "Where do you think you're going ? Weren't you listening how dangerous out there to be left alone ? "Let her be, so she'll find what she's looking for." Raven grinned. "You leave me alone" Jaci harshly told Raven. "Of course I would definitely leave you alone", "I don't want to be eaten up by bushes and trees out there". Raven teased. "You are really grisly, I hate you" Jaci angrily went back to the couch and calmed herself. "Listen Jaci, we should be together all the time for our own safety, we should not let those unseen enemies take advantage of our weakness especially being alone. " Luke said. "We have to gather enough strength for us to stay alive and well so we can go home to our families." Johnny added. "Where's Solenn ?" Jam noticed. "She said she will be just upstairs" Art answered. "We should plan how to get out from here". Nate said. "We can't stay here for another day. " "So what's the plan boy ? Raven asked Nate. "If we want to get out, we should start moving now. It's more dangerous out there during night time." Nate explained. " Nate's right". Teo added. "Right now is the time to move". "Aaaaaaaaaaah". .. (screaming upstairs). "Solenn ?" Jam thought. They all came running upstairs and there they saw Solenn, so frightened by what she saw. "What happened ? Did you see something ?" Teo asked. "I saw someone in here (body shaking in fear) dressed in white and it looks like a white lady and she's gone.. sssshe wwas just standing there at the door looking at me then she's gone.." Solenn described while body shaking. " A white lady ?" "What the heck.. a white lady is doing in here? Johnny cried. "First, the shadows, then the voices, now a white lady ? Luke wondered. "The voices ?" Nate asked. "You also heard voices ?" " Excuse me.. can we all get out from here now ?" Jaci suggested. "OK. .ok. we have to move, prepare yourselves." Teo agreed. Art came to Raven and whispered, "Are you sure we'll go with them ?" Raven answered in a low tone.. "We will let them go first and they won't find out we didn't follow.." "Have you told Jaci about the plan ? Art asked. "Yeah.. She knows".

While resting last night, Raven and Art were talking about having this place for leisure and pleasures. They wanted the rest to evacuate the house for their own selfish intentions. They planned to create tensions and fears inside the house so their plans would be accomplished. Raven informed Jaci about the plan after talking to Art.

While preparing, Jam had doubts on leaving the place because she's still waiting for a sign before vacating. "I'm not in favor of the idea of leaving this house immediately". "You see, this house has sheltered us from the terrors out there and leaving so soon may not be the right thing to do." Jam explained to Teo. "The food, how would we explain the food that sufficed our needs to be nourished after all those hunger we suffered in the woods, the medicine that we found that exactly provided for the treatment of Luke's wounds. Was that all coincidence?" Jam added. "This house provided all the things we needed.

"Come on Jam, we need to go now, it's not just out there that is dangerous, also in here." Solenn said. "Look, if you want to stay, stay, but you cannot force anyone to be with you here." Nate said. "How would you explain that white lady Solenn saw ? "This house wanted us to go,.. it's not sheltering.." Art pointed out.

Teo was thinking of what Jam has said. Since they came in the house it really gave them the peace of mind and gather to what they have enough left. Their trust with each other, their friendship. "I was just wondering "Why are we so troubled now that we have more allies to fight against concealed energies in the woods? Luke expressed. "How about you Johnny, you want to go?" He asked. Johnny was so confused. "We'll cross the bridge when we get there, as the saying goes." Johnny replied. "How about you Luke?" "Whatever Teo's decision, will be mine also". He knows more". Luke added. As they were talking, another noise from the house were perceived. The banging of the doors and broken glasses from the kitchen showed another mystery that added pressures to some to leave the house. "What now? Can we start moving out?" Jaci insisted. "Let's bring some food and weapons to protect ourselves out there (getting all the food and knives in the kitchen)". Raven said.

"Wait". Teo paused. "Those who wanted to go you can all go." But those who wanted to stay, stay.. and I am staying". Jam was relieved to hear Teo's words. She definitely also wanted to stay. By hearing Teo's statement, Jaci and Raven were disappointed, they expected him to say otherwise but it seems he'll gonna stay in the house. Luke and Johnny just wanted to be with their friends Jam and Teo. "I can't believe you.." "After all that has happened in this house you still wanted to stay." Solenn said in disbelief. "No one's stopping you Solenn". "You can go". Jam said. "Ok.. ok.. the majority has spoken, we all stay". Raven narrated. "I thought you're going Raven.. Jaci? Luke asked. "We changed our mind." Raven replied. "Where's Art?" Teo wondering. "I told you we should stay together." Teo reminded everyone and he was about to go upstairs to look for Art when Jaci stopped him and said "Let me". "No, you're not gonna go alone, Solenn can you go with her?." Teo requested. "Of course not, after what happened to me up there, i'd rather stay here." Solenn feared. "Come Solenn, Let me go with you two, it's gonna be the three of us looking for Art." Jam said. Face your fears, Solenn". She added. Solenn was in doubt and filled with fear when she went with Jam. She was her close friend that's why she went with her. "Go..go take care of each other." Teo reminded. Jaci was already upstairs and the 2 ladies were far behind her calling Art's name. As they walk along the doorway of the first room, there were voices talking in a low tone. Jam whispered to Solenn and asked, "Did you hear that? They put their ears to the door but the voices stopped. Then they saw Art inside lying on the bed as though sleeping but Jaci was nowhere around. "Art.. Art .. Are you awake? We've been looking for you" You should not be just anywhere here alone." Jam was concerned. "I am so sleepy". Art replied. "If you want to sleep you should do it downstairs in the couch with us". Solenn said. As they were talking, there was a white figure that passed by the door and again Solenn were terrified and screamed, "There she is, the white lady.. oh my God" "Calm down Solenn, calm down." Jam told her. Suddenly Jaci showed up from outside the room and said, "What happened ?" "Did you see the white lady again ?" she asked. Their friends came running from downstairs again to see if they're ok. Solenn never stopped crying on Jam's shoulder. "I told you, we should leave now." "Sssh, stop that now, we're here for you" Jam was trying to calm her down. She then asked Jaci, "Where were you ? " "I told you not to go too far", she added. Jaci replied "I was lost". "So you found him.", turning her eyes to Art. Teo again reminded Art, "Didn't I told not to go too far without someone with you?" Art answered, "Sorry man, I took a nap". "Are you okay Solenn? Nate asked. Solenn just nod her head but still shaking. When everything calmed down, they came back to the living room , took some rest and planning what would be their next move. Horrible things kept on going outside but their greatest fear is about to unfold right through their faces inside the house.

While Nate was having a nap together with some of them, he was waken up by a voice calling his name. "Nate.. Nate, come and see.. Nate..!" Nate stood up and trying to follow where the voice came from. As he enters the hallway and was about to enter the kitchen, somebody from nowhere hit his head so hard that he fainted to the floor. Nobody from his friends heard what has been happening to him. " Then he was pulled through the ground and throw him outside the house near the woods. The culprit left his unconscious body there without leaving a trace.

Back in the house, Teo was thinking what to do next when he heard the frightening voice again, "Teo.. Teo.. Are you prepared for the worse?" "He had enough of that voice and could no longer stand of what it keeps on telling him." All he did was to cover his ears and pretend not hearing anything. "Have you seen Nate? Johnny asked Teo. "I've been around this house looking but couldn't find him". Teo was alarmed by what Johnny had said. Up on his feet he asked "Did you look outside?" "Oh no no man, (waving both hands in disagreement) I won't go outside." Johnny said. 'We're could he be? Teo asked. They looked everywhere and could no longer find Nate. "Johnny told everyone,"Nate's gone". "What do you mean " gone", as in Gone? Jam asked. "He could have took off man, everyone here knows that he really wanted to get out but was just worried to hurt your feelings". Raven told. "But he could have told someone that he'll be going, he just can't leave us here clueless of his whereabouts". Jam said in dismay. "He should have told me that he's gonna go, I should have come with him, this place is killing me now". Solenn sighed. Teo couldn't believe that Nate just took off like that. He knew how dangerous outside. What if unseen forces would hurt him, What if those flying branches would struck his head like what happened to Luke, What if he didn't left after all ? The questions kept on running through his mind and all he had left is to just believe that they're gonna make it.

Solenn was about to help herself in the kitchen when she heard low whispering voices next door. She lifted her head through to see who were these voices belongs to but then a blow in the head made her fell on the floor and pulled her unconscious body through the ground outside near the woods together with Nate. The culprit left her with a word saying ""This place will kill you now".

Nobody had an idea what was happening. They keep themselves busy. Luke saw that there will be no longer enough food for them for the next few days and said, "If Teo wants both of us could look for food tomorrow outside for us to stay alive for few more days". Luke said. "The rest of you who will be left here should watch each other's back." "You Jam, Jaci, Solenn.. Solenn. .?" "Where's Solenn now" They were very tensed when they found out Solenn also was gone. "Oh my God, Where is she? Jam cried aloud. Solenn was her bestfriend and can't stand the fact that she just disappeared. She knew Solenn won't leave the house on her own, she was so afraid. "Something is wrong here" Teo thought.

Staying calm and be wth true friends were their shield to fight the battle of unseen forces in the forest but their more fearful battle is about to be fought inside the house. Friends will always be on your side but to be with new ones are hard to distinguish if you also have their backs.
