She stepped out of the car walking to the one we were currently in knocking on the window. There was this look on Alpha Jaxon’s face, almost like he didn’t guess she’d come.
I wondered if she was his sister, the pack doctor had said something about her coming.
“Open up, Jaxon,” she said with a stern look full of mystery.
“I don’t want to,” he uttered with a frown. I arched a brow immediately.
“Remember our deal the last time?” she returned, bringing something from her pocket. Her hands were tightened, so I couldn’t see what she was holding.
I noticed his eyes widened, unlocking the door, before removing his seat belt, the next thing he did was get out of the car swiftly.
“You’ve found it?” he gasped. “How?”
