Chapter 21 Acting Weird
Elijah's POV I park the vehicle to the side of the police station as I look over to the side at my lady, I watch Avery let out a deep breathe, then playing with the necklace I got her.. With the way she is holding it tight while closing her eyes.. It looks as if it's helping calm her nerves and you don't know how good that makes me feel knowing she not only likes it, but appriciates it the way I was hoping she always would. When she told me she would wear it every single day, I thought she was kidding but she really has so far.. not even attempting to take it off, which makes me feel good.
