ZOE POV My name is Zoe, I'm 22 and an English major in College. I'm currently walking onto campus but after seeing my Ex Marc I pick up the speed to avoid him. We broke up about a month ago because... Let's just say he overstepped my boundaries and pushed his luck. He keeps on following me and tries to talk to me, it doesn't help that he has his classes just a room across, so I am doomed to cross paths with him a lot more than I want to. I'm early though so I'll just head over to Val, my best friend, at the other facility so I can avoid Marc a little longer. Making my way over to the International Business facility I plug in my headphones and listen to my favorite music. Is someone watching me? I feel a pair of eyes on me, I'm sure of it... Whatever I don't have the brain space for this right now, I just hope it's not Marc. "Zoe! Stop spacing out!" I jump and see Val and her boyfriend Mike. To me, they look like the most gorgeous couple in the world. Her long chocolate brown hair falling down in beautiful curls over her tan skin and him wrapping his arms around her. Standing tall next to her petite frame and his dirty blonde hair and piercing blue eyes... He's a little too skinny for my taste, but I like my men tall and muscular. But they compliment each other so well. I'm also definitely not biased, considering those two are my best friends, no.  "I told you my... boss is coming to spend the semester with us here on campus right? Turns out he's...", Val tried to explain something but before she could finish she's gently pushed to the side and someone is reaching for my hand. "Hi. My name is Kian. I guess you could consider me Val's boss if that's what she said about me. Seems like we'll be seeing a lot more of each other. I'm in your major for the semester.", Kian says. Meanwhile, I'm busy staring at him because... remember how I said I like my men tall and muscular? Well, Kian is that. More than that. Caramel skin, at least 6 feet tall, dark hair that falls in a slight curl over his forehead and hazel eyes. and MUSCULAR.  Mike pokes me in the side to knock me out of my daze. "Sorry about that, didn't sleep well... Kian? My name is Zoe." Kian leans forward and takes my hand, the moment he touches me he very quietly says "mate".  What? What a weirdo...
